酒钢高炉操作制度与技术的研究

摘要
高炉操作制度与技术是当前高炉炼铁的关键技术难题之一,也是影响高炉的主要技术经济指标—焦比的重要因素之一,在原燃料和装备水平一定的条件下,合理的操作制度与技术对高炉的技术经济指标起着决定性的作用。本论文通过系统回顾国内外高炉冶炼技术的发展和对高炉冶炼操作制度与技术的分析研究,结合酒钢高炉的生产状况并以大量生产数据为依据,对酒钢高炉各时期的操作制度与技术进行了对比分析研究,通过不断优化和实践,提出了酒钢高炉目前较为合适的各项操作制度与技术,并应用于酒钢高炉实际生产,使酒钢高炉入炉焦比大幅度降低,取得了巨大的效益。此外,文中还讨论了最佳操作制度与技术要与精料水平、装备水平、人员素质和科学管理相结合,才能创造出最佳的经济效益。
Operation system and technology of BF during iron making process is one of the key projects in the current iron and steel making industry. Operation system and technology in the BF is one of the most important parameters which represents the technical and economical index lever as well as relate to the sustainable development of the BF for iron making, under conditions of the raw materials and equip certain level, the economic index sign of technique towards BF of the reasonable's operation system and technique rising the function of the decision. This thesis deals with by studying general development situation of operation system and operation technology of blast-furnace process at home and abroad, considering producing situation of blast-furnace in Jisco, based on a large amount of detailed and accurate production datas, comparative and analytic experiments of operation system and method in each blast-furnace phase in Jisco are described in the article. Through continous optimization and practice, appropri
    ate operation system and technology of each item suited for Jisco blast-fuenace current situation have been searched out, with which tremendous decreasing of coke and energy has been achieved in the BF of the Jiuquan Iron and Steel Cooperation in the last few years. Therefore, great economic profit has been obtained. Besides, The thesis also discuss that only by combining the best operation system and operation technology with fine material and
    high-performance equipment as well as personnel stuff and scientific management can we make optimum economic profit.
