基于CDMA的船舶监控系统终端的研究

摘要
近年来,我国水运行业得到了迅速发展,由于我国的水上安全基础设施薄弱、管理尚不规范,超载、抢道、冒雾航行等情况时有发生,从而导致翻船、沉船、撞船等交通事故,造成了巨大经济损失,同时给人民生命安全带来严重的危害。目前,已研制出多种交通监控系统,但没有一种适合于近海港口或内河船舶使用的船舶监控系统,为了提高水上交通管理和调度水平,避免水上事故的发生,因此需要研制一种新的船舶监控系统。
     本文针对船舶监控系统终端进行了研究。在确定GPS+CDMA+GIS的船舶监控系统总体设计方案的基础上,采用CDMA无线通信技术、计算机技术研制了船舶监控终端;分析了GPS定位系统和CDMA通信技术的原理,采用AT91RM9200嵌入式微处理器、GPS定位模块、CDMA无线通信模块、音频模块等电路设计了船舶监控终端的硬件;构建了嵌入式Linux操作系统应用程序的运行平台,开发了嵌入式Linux操作系统,移植了PPP协议,开发了应用程序,应用TCP/IP和PPP协议设计了CDMA无线通信软件,编写了GPS数据接收与解析、语音采集与播放软件,并进行了调试和实验运行。
     该船舶监控终端能够通过CDMA无线通信网络接入Internet网络与监控中心进行实时通信,具有向监控中心传输船舶的位置、航向、航速、时间等数据,接收监控中心发送的指令,与监控中心进行语音通信等功能,能够实现船舶的监测和管理,提高了近海港口或内河船舶的水上交通管理水平,避免水上交通事故的发生,保障船舶的安全运行。
In recent years, the shipping industry has been developed rapidly in China, but the aquatic security infrastructure is weak and the aquatic traffic management is nonstandard. Because overloading, seizing the fairway and navigating in fog occurred frequently, the traffic accidents of ship capsizing, sinking and colliding have became more and more, which cause huge economic losses and bring serious harm to the safety of people's lives. At present, a variety of traffic monitoring systems have been developed, but there is no ship monitoring system for harbor and freshwater area. To improve aquatic traffic management and control level, and avoid aquatic traffic accident, it is necessary to develop a new ship monitoring system.
     The thesis discusses the terminal of ship monitoring system, puts forward a general scheme of system, and develops the ship monitoring terminal by CDMA wireless communication technology and computer technology. The principles of GPS system and CDMA network are analysed. The terminal hardware is designed by AT91RM9200 processor, CDMA module, GPS module and audio module. The platform of application program in Embedded Linux OS is built, and PPP protocol is transplanted. The application program is developed, which includes CDMA wireless communication software using PPP and TCP protocol, GPS data receiving and analyzing software, and audio acquiring and playing software. The teminal is debugged and tested.
     The ship monitoring terminal communicates with monitoring center at real-time through CDMA wireless network accessing Internet. It fulfills the functions of transmiting ship position, course, speed, time and other data, receiving the instructions sent by monitoring center, and keeping touch with monitoring center by voice communication. The terminal realizes the ship monitoring and managing, improves the aquatic traffic management of the harbor and freshwater area ships efficiently, aviods the occurrence of aquatic traffic accidents and promotes navigation safety.
