视频序列的去噪研究

摘要
随着数字视频的产品和服务的发展,数字视频对计算机、电信及图像行业产
    生了重大的经济影响。而噪声却无时无刻不存在于视频序列中,影响着视频的视
    觉效果和其进一步处理、加工,所以对视频序列的去噪研究是一个非常有意义的
    研究工作。
    我们对视频序列的去噪问题进行了深入地系统地认识和分析后,在空域、频
    域、时域、色彩域、小波域等域对视频序列进行了去噪的研究。并根据噪声的特
    点,提出了基于噪声特征的Wiener滤波方法、多阈值小波滤波器、基于运动估
    计的时空频域相结合的滤波方法。这些算法对视频噪声有良好的抑制作用,并且
    可以保留尽可能多的有用细节。
    本文共分五章。第一章介绍了视频序列去噪技术的发展和趋势。第二章阐述
    了视频去噪所要用到的理论和知识,着重对小波变换理论进行了讨论。第三章我
    们在理论上介绍了视频去噪所要用到的几种关键的滤波器和算法,并在此基础
    上,设计几种有效的算法。第四章为算法实现的结果,并对其进行了分析。第五
    章对于我们所作的工作进行了总结,展望了视频序列去噪技术发展和未来。
With the development of digital video products and service,digital video has produced great economy influence to the industries of computer,telecommunication,image. But noise exist in the video sequence all the time,which influence the visual effect and further processing on video. So the research of denoising on the video sequence is a meaningful work.
    After analyzing the problem of denoising systematically and deeply,we did our research work on Spatial domain,Frequency domain,Temporal domain,Color domain and Wavelet domain respectively to decompress the noise in the video sequence. And according to the characteristics of the noise,we provided some Algorithms:Wiener filter based on noise characteristic,multi-threshold wavelet filter,Temporal-Spatial-Frequency domain combined filter based on the motion estimation. Using these Algorithms,we can eliminate the noise in the video,and can reserve the useful details.
    The content of this paper is organized as following. Chapter one introduced the development and trend of the technology on video sequence denoising. Chapter two illustrate the theories and knowledge which are useful to decompress the noise in the video,and emphatically discussed the wavelet transform theory. Chapter three we introduced some pivotal algorithms and filters in theory,and on this basis,we designed several kinds of effective algorithms. Chapter four we realized the algorithms and analyzed these different results. Chapter five summarized the work that we have done,and expect the future of its development.
