劈分法轧制H型钢异型坏的智能CARD系统开发

摘要
自从热轧H型钢问世以来,其轧制技术和轧制方法得到了长足发展。相比之下,H型钢轧制过程理论研究工作还不够深入,尤其对H型钢开坯过程的理论研究就显得更加薄弱。
     用连铸板坯劈分法可以实现大规格多品种H型钢的生产,而且这种方法因为投资少节省能源,而获得了广泛应用。本文针对连铸板坯劈分法进行了深入研究并且开发了CARD(计算机辅助孔型设计)系统,对板坯劈分法的理论研究和应用有一定的实际意义。
     本论文开发的软件的主要功能是通过计算轧件在劈分孔型中的变形以及受力来确定轧件每个道次轧后断面形状从而设计出合理的孔型。首先它分析了劈分法轧制H型钢异型坯时的孔型系统、轧制工艺、变形机理,并且考虑了速度差对金属变形的影响和不均匀变形;确定了延伸系数分配模型,推导了总轧制道次计算公式,详细分析了腿部在孔型中的宽展并得到了宽展模型;确定了力能参数模型,得到了计算单位压力、变形抗力、轧制力及轧制力矩的公式;分析了二辊可逆轧机的速度制度和如何确定轧件冷却时间,由此确定了轧件的温度模型;把数据库引入计算程序来存储计算结果并且利用SQL(数据化查询语言)建立了相应的数据查询系统,使得数据管理更方便更容易;利用Visual Basic 6.0和AutoCAD2000之间的接口在VB环境下开发了画图模块及尺寸标注模块,并利用AutoLISP语言编写程序设置标注状态并绘制图框和标题栏。
     本文综合运用了板坯劈分法轧制H型钢异型坯的工艺及理论和计算机辅助孔型设计思想,结合VB的面向对象技术及数据库功能和AutoCAD的成熟的图形处理功能,使开发的CARD系统具有较高的智能化程度和实用性。
Since the appearance of hot-rolled H beam in the first decade of this century , the rolling technology of H beam has been developed greatly. In comparison with the advance in H-beam rolling technology, the theoretical research is not thorough enough , especially in the theoretical research of H beam blooming process.
    The large cross-section and multi-variety H-beam is able to be produced by the method of splitting continuous casting slab, moreover, this method has been applied comprehensibly for its small investment and economization of energy. A series of thorough research work about the splitting method of continuous casting slab has been carried out by the author to develop the Computer Aided Pass Design system , so this dissertation is of significance to the research and application of the splitting method and the development of automation design.
    This dissertation can gain the size of profiled bar in any pass and design the proper pass by calculating the deformation and rolling-force of the steel in the pass . Firstly, the pass layout, rolling schedule , deformation mechanism are analyzed when the profiled bar rolled in the special section pass, moreover, the influence of speed difference on the steel deformation and inhomogeneous deformation are taken into account. Secondly, the distribution model for elongation coefficient is set up and the calculating formula for total pass number is derived, otherwise, this dissertation analyses the spread regularity during flange compressed in the pass and gets the spread model. Sequently, it makes certain the mechanical parameter model and finds the calculating formula about unit-pressure, resistance of deformation, pressure of rolling, roll torque. It analyses velocity schedule of two-roll reversible rolling mill and ensures how to get the cooling time-interval, therefore sets up the temperature model. The database is imported into calculating program to storage the result and establish corresponding statistics query system with
    
    
    
    Statistics Query Language, so this system make digital management more convenient and easier. The drawing model and the dimensioning model are developed by Utilizing the interface between Visual Basic 6.0 and AutoCAD2000, moreover, it sets up dimension state and drawing the frame and title panel by compiling program with Auto LISP Language.
    Applying comprehensively with theories of rolling H beam by splitting slab and idea of CARD , the object-oriented technology and database function of VB, the sophisticated function of AutoCAD in graph manipulation , this CARD System is provided with higher intelligent degree and good practicability.
