智能超速抓拍系统设计

摘要
随着我国交发通建设的迅速发展,智能交通系统在我国城市道路交通管理领域已经得到了广泛使用,智能交通系统的使用规范了交通秩序,降低了交通事故,取得了明显的社会效益。超速抓拍系统作为智能交通系统的重要组成部分,也得到了同样的重视。违章超速抓拍设备都安装在高速公路特殊的路段,主要用于对进出这些路段的车辆进行二十四小时全天候不间断监测和记录。
     但是目前应用于高速公路车辆实时监控的科技手段并不多。这主要是缘于以下两个因素:第一,国内道路智能交通技术发展时间比较短,加上技术本身的不足使得在实际应用的时候效果并不理想。第二,雷达、激光系统以及国外高速摄像设备价格比较昂贵,维护和管理成本太高。
     基于当前国内高速公路交通管理急需智能化管理这一情况,本文采用基于环型线圈检测技术的高速公路超速抓拍系统,相对于当前流行的其他检测器来说,基于环型线圈检测的采集系统具有技术成熟、价格低廉、检测参数多、检测区域广等显著优点,是当今应用最广泛的检测方式。因此,本文的研究课题具有很大的理论和应用价值。
     此系统结合了高速拍照、图像处理、网络数据传输、专用工控机以及专有控制软件等技术,通过使用工业级的高速摄像机对外界视场进行二十四小时监控,对高速公路上的违章超速行驶车辆进行实时抓拍,待违章图像存储到本地的硬盘上时,系统的传输软件负责把抓拍到的图像数据发送到指定的监控中心,系统在监控中心配备统一的图像数据管理的数据库,负责对车辆数据进行统一的管理。
     本文以武汉某公司的应用项目为研究平台,对超速抓拍系统进行了研究和实现。并结合应用的具体需求,对整个系统进行了总体设计,对其硬件设备进行了介绍,对相关功能的实现原理和算法进行了描述,并以Visual C++6.0为平台开发了应用软件。在项目的后期,除了室内测试,还借助于现有的闯红灯抓拍系统作了现场实验,实验结果证明,该系统在一定程度上达到了预期的目的。
With the quickly develop of domestic transportation constructions, ITS is widely used on city road traffic controlling field in our country. The adoption of ITS has regulated traffic order, reduced traffic accidents and benefited the society. Over-speed snapping as an important part of ITS system, which also lay store by society. Over-speed snapping system is installed on special routine road on highway. It is used for monitoring the cars on the road for 24 hours.
     However, nowadays, the technology of highway real-time monitor system is not very developed. There are two reasons: First, the developing period of ITS is short in our country, with the fault of the technology, the real application result is not good. Second, the cost of radar, laser system and foreign over-speed snapping system is expensive, maintenance and management cost are expensive.
     Based on the condition of highway traffic require for intelligent management, the paper describes a highway over-speed snapping system which based on circle loop vehicle detector. Compared with other detectors those are popular in the moment, there are many advantages of circle loop vehicle detector, such as technique maturity, low installation cost, wider detect areas and more traffic parameters. Which is the widely detection mode, so there is a great value of the paper in theory and application
     The system contains high-speed camera, picture management, networking data transfer, special machine and control software. It monitors the road day and night with industry high-speed camera, and catches the picture of over speed cars in real time. After the pictures are stored on hard disk, the transfer software will collect the picture data and send them to monitor center. The monitor center controls all the cars data with a picture control database, which take charge of unite management for vehicle data.
     The paper is based on an applied project from one company to research and construct a over speed snapping system. And combining with the specific needs of practice, design the overall system, and the hardware equipment is introduced, the principle and the algorithm of some related functions are described, and the application software is developed based on Visual C++6.0. At the late stage of the program, in addition to taking indoor experiment, we also take scene experiment with the existing red light runner equitment. The result of the experiment proved that the system achieves the goat we expect.
