新野县招商引资问题与对策研究

摘要
改革开放以来,随着招商引资在沿海地区形成热潮,给当地经济发展带来了巨大的推动作用,内地也开始进行招商引资的尝试,如今,随着改革开放的深入和沿海地区产业向内地转移,中西部地区也再次掀起了改革开放的热潮。招商引资成为普遍关注的热点。招商引资也逐渐成为县级政府加快发展县域经济的有效途径。目前,在中部地区,县级政府的招商引资模式仍是政府主导下的政府招商模式,虽然也取得了一定的成效,但是随着改革开放的深入,和我国经济的飞速发展,政府主导下的招商引资弊端频现,与全民协调可持续发展的方针不符,给当地经济社会发展带来了诸多负面影响。如何建立一个良好的招商引资体系,建立市场化的招商引资方式,顺应市场发展规律,带动当地经济稳定持续发展,是当今研究的热点问题。
新野县是河南省一个经济欠发达的县级城市。在招商引资工作中,虽然也取得了不错的成效,带动了当地经济的快速发展,然而,新野县的招商引资工作也存在着一些问题,将制约今后该地区经济的稳定可持续发展。本文以新野县招商引资的现状为基础,论述了新野县招商引资的特点和方式,分析指出了存在的问题,并深入研究剖析了产生这些问题的原因,提出了解决这些问题的对策。希望能对新野县的经济发展有所帮助,并能对河南省乃至中部地区的县级城市的招商引资工作起到一定的借鉴作用。

Henan Xinye is a county-level cities in economically less developed. In the investment work, although achieved good results, led to the rapid development of the local economy, however, the investment promotion Xinye there are also some problems, will limit future economic stability in the region sustainable development. In this paper, based on the status of Xinye investment, discusses the characteristics and methods Xinye investment analysis pointed out the existing problems and in-depth study analyzes the reasons for these problems, proposed measures to address these issues. Hoping to help the economic development of Xinye County, Henan Province and to county-level cities and even the central region of the investment play a reference work.
新野县是河南省一个经济欠发达的县级城市。在招商引资工作中,虽然也取得了不错的成效,带动了当地经济的快速发展,然而,新野县的招商引资工作也存在着一些问题,将制约今后该地区经济的稳定可持续发展。本文以新野县招商引资的现状为基础,论述了新野县招商引资的特点和方式,分析指出了存在的问题,并深入研究剖析了产生这些问题的原因,提出了解决这些问题的对策。希望能对新野县的经济发展有所帮助,并能对河南省乃至中部地区的县级城市的招商引资工作起到一定的借鉴作用。
