独立学院思想政治教育工作实践研究

摘要
独立学院是非国家财政经费举办的实施本科学历教育的高校，是我国高等教育深化体制改革、从精英化向大众化发展产生的新型办学模式，是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。同普通高等教育一样，独立学院肩负着培养中国特色社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的重要任务，在增加教育供给、增强教育活力、满足多样化需求和培养高素质人才等方面发挥着重要作用。
为贯彻落实党的教育方针，培养符合社会需求的人才，保证自身的可持续发展，作为新生事物的独立学院，自创办以来，始终坚持把“培养什么人”、“如何培养人”放在工作的首要位置，非常重视大学生思想政治教育工作，紧密结合自身的办学特色和人才培养目标，全面贯彻党的教育方针，不断加强思想政治教育队伍建设，深入进行教学改革，开展形式多样的教育活动，努力探索符合自身特点的工作体制，使思想政治教育工作跟上时代发展步伐，满足自身育人要求。但由于办学模式、体制机制、软硬件条件、师资人事、教育管理等方面存在与其它普通高校的差异性，决定独立学院思想政治教育不能完全照搬普通高校的模式。在社会转型发展和人才需求多样化的这一特定历史时期，独立学院思想政治教育工作不可避免地存在着困难、问题，面临着压力和挑战，需要在办学过程中积极探索，主动研究，大胆创新，开创出符合独立学院特色，持续、健康发展的思想政治教育新局面，才能增强思想政治教育实效，培养素质全面、道德高尚的社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人。
论文从加强独立学院思想政治教育的重要意义出发，通过问卷调查、资料分析，阐述了独立学院思想政治教育的管理体制、队伍情况、工作对象特征等客观现状，从地位体制、队伍配置、目标内容等方面查摆了独立学院开展思想政治教育存在的问题和不足，分析了独立学院思想政治教育工作面临困境的具体原因。在此基础上，提出了加强和改进独立学院思想政治教育的有效对策和具体措施：确立思想政治教育的主体地位、创新思想政治教育的体制机制、拓展思想政治教育的模式内容、配置思想政治教育的合理高效工作队伍、营造思想政治教育的氛围环境，以期为独立院校思想政治教育工作的科学持续发展提供一些可供借鉴的建议和参考。
Independent college implements undergraduate education supported by non-governmentfunds, which is a new school system during the process of development from elite educationto mass education and is an important part of China's higher education. As with the generalhigher education, independent college shoulders the important task of cultivating qualifiedbuilders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and plays animportant role in increasing the supply of education, enhancing the vitality of education,meeting the diverse needs of modern society and cultivating high-quality personnel，etc..
To implement the Chinese Communist Party's education policy, to cultivate talents tomeet the needs of the community，and to ensure its own sustainable development,independent college, since its inception, always adheres to“cultivate what personnel”and“how to train personnel”on the first place，and strengthens to build ideological and politicaleducation team constantly，and deepens teaching reform, and conducts various educationalactivities according to its own characteristics and personnel training objectives. In order toexplore the work system in line with its own characteristics, and keep the ideological andpolitical education work up with the pace of time. But because of the differences ofindependent college and other colleges and universities in school system, institutionalmechanisms, hardware and software conditions, teaching personnel, and management，etc.，ideological and political education mode of independent college can’t copy the mode of thecolleges and universities. So in this particular historical period of social transformation anddiversified demand for talents, ideological and political education work of IndependentInstitute faces the pressures and challenges，which needs exploring actively，researchinginitiatively，and innovating boldly to creating a new，sustained and healthy situation withcharacteristics of independent college.
The paper，starting with the importance of strengthening ideological and politicaleducation of independent college, through questionnaire, data analysis, elaborates the objective status quo of management system，team situation, and the characteristics of workobject of ideological and political education of independent college，and finds existingproblems and deficiencies of the ideological and political education work from the aspects ofstatus system, team configuration, and training objectives，etc.，and analyzes the specificreasons. On this basis, the paper proposes the effective and concrete measures ofstrengthening and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education ofindependent college: to establish the dominant position of ideological and political education,innovate the institutional mechanisms of ideological and political education, expand thecontent of ideological and political education mode, configure rational and efficient workforce of ideological and political education, create atmosphere and environment of ideologicaland political education, etc.，which will provide some reference for sustainable developmentof ideological and political education work in independent college.
为贯彻落实党的教育方针，培养符合社会需求的人才，保证自身的可持续发展，作为新生事物的独立学院，自创办以来，始终坚持把“培养什么人”、“如何培养人”放在工作的首要位置，非常重视大学生思想政治教育工作，紧密结合自身的办学特色和人才培养目标，全面贯彻党的教育方针，不断加强思想政治教育队伍建设，深入进行教学改革，开展形式多样的教育活动，努力探索符合自身特点的工作体制，使思想政治教育工作跟上时代发展步伐，满足自身育人要求。但由于办学模式、体制机制、软硬件条件、师资人事、教育管理等方面存在与其它普通高校的差异性，决定独立学院思想政治教育不能完全照搬普通高校的模式。在社会转型发展和人才需求多样化的这一特定历史时期，独立学院思想政治教育工作不可避免地存在着困难、问题，面临着压力和挑战，需要在办学过程中积极探索，主动研究，大胆创新，开创出符合独立学院特色，持续、健康发展的思想政治教育新局面，才能增强思想政治教育实效，培养素质全面、道德高尚的社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人。
论文从加强独立学院思想政治教育的重要意义出发，通过问卷调查、资料分析，阐述了独立学院思想政治教育的管理体制、队伍情况、工作对象特征等客观现状，从地位体制、队伍配置、目标内容等方面查摆了独立学院开展思想政治教育存在的问题和不足，分析了独立学院思想政治教育工作面临困境的具体原因。在此基础上，提出了加强和改进独立学院思想政治教育的有效对策和具体措施：确立思想政治教育的主体地位、创新思想政治教育的体制机制、拓展思想政治教育的模式内容、配置思想政治教育的合理高效工作队伍、营造思想政治教育的氛围环境，以期为独立院校思想政治教育工作的科学持续发展提供一些可供借鉴的建议和参考。
