巴彦淖尔市高中化学课程资源开发与利用研究

摘要
高中化学新课程改革在内蒙古自治区实施以来,新课程所倡导的教学方法受到了师生们的普遍欢迎,但与新课程实施配套的地方课程的资源开发却极其匮乏,远远不能满足教学过程的需要,地方课程资源开发与新课改的矛盾日益突出,极大的影响了化学新课程改革实施的目的和效果,成为目前化学新课改实施过程中急待解决的焦点。因此,探讨巴彦淖尔市高中化学课程资源的开发与利用,设立巴彦淖尔市地方高中化学课程,对于促进巴彦淖尔市基础教育课程改革,增强教师开发课程资源的意识,继承和发扬巴彦淖尔市优秀传统文化,培养适应巴彦淖尔市经济文化发展的优秀人才,具有很强的理论价值与实践意义。
     本论文主要包括以下内容:
     对课题的选题背景、国内外研究概况及课题的研究意义进行了总结和归纳。对课题的相关概念及其理论基础作了简单介绍。采用问卷调查法对巴彦淖尔市部分高中进行调查,问卷以学生、教师、教育管理人员三部分组成。调查巴彦淖尔市部分高中的学生、教师、教育管理人员对课程资源的认识和开发情况,如:对高中化学课程资源开发与利用的情况,相关教师对于化学课程资源开发的理解和认识,通过调查研究,探究当前高中化学课程资源开发与利用该如何进行和实施,在调查后发现在开发和利用巴彦淖尔市中存在一些问题,通过认真分析本论文归纳整理了几点主要问题。
     巴彦淖尔市具有丰富的课程资源,如:绿色的农蓄产品、丰富的矿产资源、化学工业、电力工业、旅游业等等,如果教师能挖掘这些资源中的化学课程资源,把它合理有效的运用在教学中,将对教学有很大的促进作用,因此,在第四章中首先对巴彦淖尔市的资源作了简单介绍,然后对其与高中化学知识的整合进行了整理,最后,举例说明如何将巴彦淖尔市的课程资源利用在高中化学教学中。并对如何开发和利用巴彦淖尔市高中化学课程资源提出了一些建议。希望这些建议对地方课程资源的建设有所帮助。
     巴彦淖尔市的高中化学课程资源开发与利用,是一个重要而又需要时间积淀的课题,需要广大师生共同参与,需要相关部门的共同合作,只有这样,才能建立起一个课程资源丰富、利用高效的地方高中化学课程资源库,全面推动高中化学课程改革,促进高中化学教学走上一个新台阶。
Since the chemistry new course reform was started in senior high schools in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the teaching method initiated by new course is wide spread popular with the teachers and the students. But the local course resources that match with the new course are very short of in development so that they can not satisfy the demand of teaching process very much, which influenced the aims and efficiency of reforming of the chemistry course and turned into the urgently outstanding problem to be settled in the chemistry new course reform at present. Therefore, it is highly valuable in theory and meaningful in practice in dipping into the development and exploitation of chemistry course resources of inquiring into chemistry course of Senior High Schools in Bayannur City, establishing local chemistry course of Senior High School, promoting the reform of chemistry course in primary education, strengthening teachers'consciousness in the developing chemistry course resources, inheriting and developing excellent traditional culture of Bayannur and culturing faculty to adapt to the development of the economy and culture of Bayannur City.
     Summary and induce the background of choosing the topic, the situation of the domestic and international research on the topic and the meaning of reasearch. Make simple introduction to the related concept of topic and its theory foundation.
     Adopt the questionnaire survey to carry on a survey in parts of senior high schools of Bayannur City and the questionnaire is constituted with three parts of students, teachers and educational managers. Investigate their understanding to the course resources and the circumstance of development in the course resources in the senior high schools in Bayannur City after one year of implementation of the course, such as:The circumstance of the developing and the exploitation of chemistry course resources in senior high schools and teachers'and students'understanding of the chemistry course resources. On this foundation, investigate how to carry on and carry out the developing and exploitation in the current chemistry course resources in senior high schools. The author found some problems in the developing and the exploitation of chemistry course resources in senior high schools by surveying and through careful analysis the author summarize some key problems.
     There are abundant course resources in Bayannur City, such as:green agricultural and herd products, abundant of mineral resources, chemical industries, electric power industry and tour industry etc. If the teachers can scoop out these chemistry course within the resources above and chase them reasonable and effective in the teaching, it will promote teaching much. the author made simple introduction to resources in Bayannur City, and then carry on the summarizeing of the agricultural and herd sourseces and the chemistry course resources and at last illustrate how to use them in chemistry teaching in the senior high schools by setting up examples in Bayannur City. also put up some suggestions on how to use and develop the current chemistry course resources in senior high schools and hope these suggestions to be benefit to the constructions of the local course resources.
     The development and exploitation of chemistry s in senior high schools in Bayannur City is an important topic but it may take more time to be carried out. The research of the topic needs a large number of teachers and students to participate and related apartments to cooperate commonly. Only by doing so can we build up chemistry course resource database in senior high schools and put chemistry course reform forward and help chemistry teaching in the senior high schools to walk up a new stage.
