摹状词理论的历史、现状与未来
摘要
20世纪西方哲学在弗雷格、罗素、维特根斯坦等哲学家的努力下,发生了一次语言学转型。这次转型被认为是继中世纪本体论——认识论转型之后,西方哲学发生的又一次重大变革。自此,语言问题取代形而上学问题,成为西方学界最为关注的话题；语言则成为哲学研究的最主要对象。
在分析哲学思潮中,英国哲学家罗素作为分析哲学起源时期最重要的思想家之一,提出了许多重要的思想,成为后来从事分析哲学研究的西方哲人们的纲领性和引导性理论。其中,摹状词理论是由他提出,后经维特根斯坦、斯特劳森等人的发展而成型的一种公认的英美语言哲学内部最重要的理论之一,甚至被艾耶尔称为“哲学的典范”,它对于指称、理想语言、现代逻辑在哲学领域的应用等问题上都有着独特的见解,在英美哲学界有着广泛且深远的影响。
本文目的在于通过系统的梳理来把握摹状词理论的产生历史、发展及其未来发展趋势,共分为五个部分：第一部分：文献综述,主要介绍摹状词理论的国内外研究现状以及此课题的研究意义与目的、研究方法等；第二部分：摹状词理论的源起,主要介绍此理论诞生的理论背景、有哪些重要哲学家对其产生了启发性的影响及它希望解决什么问题；第三部分：摹状词理论的内容,主要分析和评介罗素提出的摹状词理论的主要内容和理论特点；第四部分：摹状词理论的发展及其遭受的批评,主要分析评介维特根斯坦等人对罗素的摹状词理论的发扬和补充,斯特劳森、克里普克、普特南等人对摹状词理论提出的批评；第五部分：摹状词理论的未来,主要介绍摹状词理论的当代发展和未来趋势。
The western philosophy had got a linguistics turn in the 20th century through the endeavor of Bertrand Russell,Friedrich Frege and Ludwig Wittgenstein.This turn was recognized as the next great change after the ontology-epistemology turn which happened in the middle ages. From then on, linguistic problems instead of metaphysics become to be the theme of the western philosophy. Lauguage has been the object of philosophical research.
In the trend of thought of analytical philosophy, English philosopher, Bertrand Russell, who is one of the founder of analytical philosophy brought forward many important theories. These theories were the creeds and elicitations to the subsequent philosophers of analytical philosophy. The theory of descriptions is one of the most important theory of Russell, which is first put forward by him and advanced by someone such as Ludwig Wittgenstein, Peter F.Strawson. This theory is one of the most important theory in analytical philosophy, which was thought to be "the apotheosis of philosophy" by Ayer. The theory of descriptions has some particular opinions on the problem of fingerprint, idealistic language and the applications of symbolic logic on philosophy, and has very deep infection to English and American philosophy.
This article intent to systemic destination to hold descriptions academic come into being history、develop and future developing direction. It is divided into five parts:First part: literature summarize, mostly introduce descriptions academic research actuality between national and international along with this task's researching sense, aim, and researching method and so on; Second part:descriptions academic's origin, mostly introduce this theory's natal academic background、some signify philosophers producing enlighten infection and which problem they want to solve; Third part:descriptions academic's content, mostly analyze and appraise descriptions academic's central content and characteristic of Russell bring forward; Fourth part:descriptions academic's develop and criticize, mostly analyze appraise Wittgenstein Saul Aaron Kripke Putnam and some other philosopher's develop and supply for Russell's academic, descriptions and some other philosophers bring forward comment; Fifthly part:Descriptions academic's future, mostly introduce descriptions academic's develop and future current in the present age.
在分析哲学思潮中,英国哲学家罗素作为分析哲学起源时期最重要的思想家之一,提出了许多重要的思想,成为后来从事分析哲学研究的西方哲人们的纲领性和引导性理论。其中,摹状词理论是由他提出,后经维特根斯坦、斯特劳森等人的发展而成型的一种公认的英美语言哲学内部最重要的理论之一,甚至被艾耶尔称为“哲学的典范”,它对于指称、理想语言、现代逻辑在哲学领域的应用等问题上都有着独特的见解,在英美哲学界有着广泛且深远的影响。
