美国研究型大学学术诚信体系研究

摘要
当前,抄袭、剽窃、捏造等学术不诚信问题日益严重,已成为我国学术研究领域不容回避的、急需解决的紧迫课题;尤其是作为科研重要基地的高校已成为学术不诚信问题的多发地、重灾区,因此,欲使整个学术界的研究风气得到根本扭转,就必须下大力气净化高校的学术氛围,构建我国大学学术诚信体系。本文以美国研究型大学学术诚信体系为主要研究对象,从不同角度对其进行介绍和分析,以期获得些许有价值的启示,以促进我国大学学术诚信体系的构建。
全文共分为五个部分:
第一部分为绪论。主要阐释了选题的理论价值和现实意义,分析有关美国研究型大学学术诚信体系的研究已经取得的成果和不足,介绍研究思路和研究方法,并对本研究中涉及的主要概念进行界定。
第二部分考察美国研究型大学对学术诚信中主要问题的解决情况。首先,将学术诚信问题根据主体对象的不同分为三个不同的类型;然后,具体介绍对这三类问题,他们是如何各有侧重地加以解决的。
第三部分考察美国研究型大学学术诚信体系的整体框架。分别从制度建设方面、组织建设方面、具体的举报和审查程序以及开展的活动项目等方面逐一介绍分析。
第四部分分析美国研究型大学学术诚信体系的特点。从上面的考察中得出五个方面的特点:事前预防与事后处罚相结合;学术诚信教育手段多样;程序公平和权力制衡;学术诚信构建以高校为主;设置边界组织协调政府和大学在学术诚信问题中的关系。
第五部分为启示。首先在思想上,明确学术研究的是非观,形成维护学术诚信的责任意识;其次在制度上,加快程序化、制度化建设,规范对学术不诚信的调查与处理;再次在教育上,推进学术诚信教育活动的多样化、生活化;最后,加强政府、大学、学术期刊三方在维护学术诚信上的统一与协调。
Presently, academic dishonesty such as plagiarism, fabrication or other academic fraud is becoming serious day by day, it has become a current urgent topic that our academics have to face. Thus, also initiate us to consider constructing our country academic integrity system. This article take the American academic integrity system as the main object of study, carries on the introduction and the analysis from the different angle to it, in order to obtain the trifle valuable enlightenment, to promote our country academic integrity system's construction.
The full article is divided into five parts:
The first part is an introduction to the dissertation. It explains the theoretical values and the practical significance of the study, analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of the earlier studies on this topic, introduces the ways of thinking and research methods of the study,and defines the chief concepts and terms used in the dissertation.
The second part inspects that the US how to solve the major issues on academic integrity. First, the academic integrity is divided into three different types according to the main body object; Then, introduce that the US how to have the stress to solve these three questions respectively.
The third part inspects the American academic integrity system's overall frame. Introducing the system construction aspect, the organization construction aspect, reporting and review procedures as well as activities on academic integrity one by one.
The fourth part analyzes the American academic integrity system's characteristic. There are five characteristics: Prevented in anticipation with punishes afterward unifies; The academic integrity education method is diverse; The procedure is fair and the authority keeps in balance; Academic integrity construction by university primarily; Establishes the boundary organization coordinated government and university's in academic integrity question relations.
The fifth part is the enlightenment. First, in the thought, that is clear about the scholarly research the right and wrong view, forms the maintenance academic integrity responsibility consciousness; Next, in the system, speeds up the sequencing, the institution construction, the standard to the academic not integrity investigation and processing; Once more, in education, advancement academic integrity pedagogical activity diversification, adaptation; Finally, strengthens the government, the university, the learned periodical tripartite in the maintenance academic integrity unification and the coordination.
全文共分为五个部分:
