数字视频视觉采集与处理系统及SoPC设计

摘要
随着电子技术和计算机技术的迅速发展,基于图像内容的处理与控制系统已广泛应用于安防监控、工业检测、包装印刷、智能交通等领域。数字图像和数字视频具有便于处理、传输和存储等特点,已成为研究的热点。
     本文开发出一种基于浮点DSP和大容量FPGA实现的视频视觉采集与处理系统,给出了具体的软硬件设计方案,重点研究了前端的图像采集和图像预处理、IEEE1394高速串行总线的传输和终端的图像显示与图像处理。该系统可用于验证数字视频实时处理算法,为将来的运动视觉处理与控制SoC设计提供开发参考和设计原型。本文还初步探讨了运动视觉采集与处理系统SoPC的设计与实现。
     实验结果表明,本系统已经达到预期目标,在实现图像实时采集、处理与传输的同时,图像的成像质量和DSP的工作效率得到了明显的改善与提高,为今后运动视觉处理与控制SoC的开发提供了良好的实验平台。
With the continuous development of electronics and computer technology, the processing and control systems based on images have wide applications, such as security burglar alarm, industry detection, packaging and printing, intelligent traffic, etc. Due to flexibilities for processing, transmission and storage, digital image and digital video have become research hotspot.
     This paper realizes a digital vision system based on float-DSP and high-volume FPGA. The designs of hardware and software have been introduced in detail. The research focuses include image acquisition and pre-processing, data transmission via IEEE1394 Firewire, display and processing. In order to provide a reference for future's SoC design, the main purpose of this system is a platform to develop and validate algorithms of real-time digital video processing. In the latter chapter, a preliminary introduction about SoPC design is discussed.
     Hitherto, all the expected targets have reached. The whole system accomplishes real-time image acquisition and processing and transmission. Image quality and DSP efficiency get distinct improvement, which facilitates the following research and development in future.
