基于Web的服装PDM系统的研究

摘要
随着计算机技术、网络技术和先进制造技术的广泛应用,人们建立了面向特定领域、种类繁多的服装制造业“智能化孤岛”,如:服装CAD系统、服装CAM系统、智能缝纫吊挂生产线。这些“智能化孤岛”的应用使企业的生产效率得到了很大的提高。然而,对产品数据缺乏有效的管理导致各个系统成了独立的“信息孤岛”,产品设计、工艺编制和制造系统之间的信息不能自动传递与交换,产品的相关信息不能正常流通,无法达到资源信息的共享。
     本论文把“智能化孤岛”改造成智能结点,通过对智能结点的信息集成技术进行的研究,指出基于产品数据管理(PDM)的集成技术是智能结点集成的最佳选择。通过对企业的功能需求和网络计算模式的分析,提出建立基于WEB的服装PDM系统,并实现了该系统的部分功能。在此过程中,研究了基于C/S与B/S混合模式的服装PDM系统框架结构以及该模式下的数据库访问技术;探讨了面向对象的建模技术在服装PDM系统模型建立中的应用。
     论文首先给出了智能结点的概念,分析了智能结点的结构与功能。一个智能结点由三部分组成,即问题求解层、信息转换层以及网络通讯层。基于这种结构,制造系统中任何具有特定问题求解功能的智能单元,只需要通过信息转换与通讯层的包装就改造成一个智能结点。这实际上提供了一种制造领域现有“智能化孤岛”的集成技术。论文接着探讨了基于智能结点的制造系统集成技术,得出基于PDM的集成技术优于其它选择。
     本文分析了两层C/S与三层B/S网络模型结构的优缺点。提出应用C/S模型与B/S模型为混合模式,建立一个真正跨平台、跨系统的扩展性和维护性好的服装生产PDM系统。在内部网络中需要访问专业开发软件的用户(如设计部门)采用C/S模型以降低网络的通讯流量,而其它用户(如管理部门)和外部网络用户采用B/S模型,所有用户采用统一的浏览器界面。同时,对该模式下的数据库访问技术进行了分析、比较,总结了JSP/Servlet的访问技术的优势。随后给出了应用JSP/Servlet数据库访问技术,基于C/S与B/S混合模式的服装PDM系统总体框架结构。
     服装PDM是一个结构复杂,集成化的系统。在这个系统中,要管理的信息对象复杂多样,包括各类文档、人员组织、产品数据、产品结构及工作流程等。这些对象之间并不是完全独立的,而是相互关联、相互作用的。一个对象状态的变化可能就会影响另一个对象。系统建模的核心问题是对整个系统进行分析,建立复杂对象的形式化表达。采用面向对象的分析与设计技术,可以细致地描述各种对象的属性与方法,逐层定义类与子类的关系,大大简化系统的复杂程度,减少对复杂模型描述的难度。本文在描述了系统复杂的信息对象后,应用面向对象技

With the development of the computer science, network technology and advanced manufacturing technology, many "intelligent island" in garment manufacturing system such as computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing and intelligent conveyor of clothing have been established. Those "intelligent island", which have promoted the production efficiency, now become the "information island" due to the lacking of product data management. The product information among the product design, process planning and manufacturing system can't be transferred and exchanged automatically, which leads to the enterprise resources and information can't be shared effectively.
    "Intelligent island" was converted to intelligent nodes in this paper. Information integrated technology of intelligent nodes was researched, and the conclusion is that integrated technology based on the PDM maybe the best way to integration of intelligent nodes. The PDM system in garment enterprise based on Web is created with the detailed analyzing of functional requirement and network computation mode. Some functions of PDM system were realized. The PDM system frame construction in clothing based on C/S and B/S mode and technology of database access in this mode can be finished; then technology of building model of object-oriented in clothing PDM model are also researched.
    First, the definition, structure and function of intelligent nodes were discussed. One intelligent node should consist of three parts, problem solving x information conversion and network communication. Based on this structure, intelligent units with the special problem solving function in manufacturing system can be converted to intelligent nodes after intelligent units are enclosed by information conversion and network communication. In fact, this is integrated technology of "intelligent island" in manufacturing system. Then, information integrated technology of intelligent nodes is discussed, and the conclusion is that integrated technology based on the PDM maybe the best way.
    After analyzing merit and shortcoming of network mode of C/S and B/S, construct the PDM system frame which augmentability and maintainability are better based on C/S and B/S mode in clothing. The inner customers (such as design department) which need access professional software use C/S mode, others inner customers and outer customers use B/S mode. All customers use unitized browse interface. Analyzing and
    
    
    
    comparing technologies of database access in this mode, and the conclusion is that database access based on JSP/Servlet maybe is better way. The PDM system frame construction in clothing based on C/S and B/S mode using technology of database access is created.
    PDM in clothing is one system with complex structuring and integration. The information objects in this system are complex and huge, including files and documents, human resources, product data and structure, workflow, etc. Those objects are not dependant. Change of one object may influence another change. Analysis to the hole system and formalized expression of complex object are the key in modeling. Technology of object-oriented analysis and design can detail describe attribute and method of object, define relation of class and subclass layer by layer, which will simple the system complex and the description to complex model. After this, object model of the PDM system based on technology of object-oriented is created.
    Those researches are important to manufacturing system in clothing that needs the fast responding and shared information.
