基于ANSYS的往复泵结构分析软件系统的研究与开发

摘要
本文首先总结和分析了目前国内外往复泵结构设计的基本方法、存在的问题以及现代设计方法、特别是基于有限元CAE技术的设计方法在往复泵结构设计中应用的发展趋势。
     在此基础上,基于有限元分析的基本原理和ANSYS软件的二次开发特性,探讨了基于ANSYS平台进行二次开发的一般方法;将CAD中的参数化思想引入到有限元分析过程中,提出了有限元分析参数化的基本方法;将这一方法应用于ANSYS的二次开发,提出了一种基于ANSYS二次开发技术开发往复泵结构分析软件的方法,并探索了一种开发往复泵专用分析模块的方法;开发了往复泵结构分析的相关模块以及分析系统界面。最后通过实例对开发的系统进行了考核。
First of all, this dissertation summarized and analyzed the fundamental method of the reciprocating pump structural design at present. And the existing problem and the trend applying the modern design method, especially the finite element CAE technology in the structural design of reciprocating pump, were presented.
    Based on the fundamental theory of FEM and the secondary development characteristics of ANSYS, this dissertation discussed the general method of secondary development on ANSYS platform. Then, it introduced the parametric theory of CAD into the course of FEA and put forward the idea of parametric FEA. Applying this idea to the secondary development of ANSYS, proposed one kind of development method of reciprocating pump structural analysis software. Explored one kind of method of exploiting the special-purpose module of reciprocating pump analysis. Developed the related module of reciprocating pump structural analysis and the interface of analytic software. Finally, This dissertation examined the developed software system through the real example.
