笔记本开发的项目管理系统研究与实现

摘要
笔记本电脑开发项目是较为复杂的项目,笔记本电脑类型、平台和配置数量繁多,不仅涉及到硬件配置,还包括了软件、结构等相关信息。部分笔记本电脑开发项目又是非常相似的,通常希望放在一起管理。常见的项目管理系统一般并没有考虑到笔记本电脑开发项目的特点,所以笔记本电脑开发的项目管理系统需要专门的开发。
     本文的研究成果是设计并实现了适合笔记本开发项目特点的项目管理系统。本系统不仅采用了业界较流行、较先进的系统设计,例如MVC、AJAX、JQuery、CAS等,而且应用了两种独特的设计。第一种独特的设计是基于字典与可定制化模板的结构,第二种是基于主副关系(Master-Slave)的项目集管理技术。
     使用业界较流行的系统设计保证了整个系统的稳定、整齐、干净。两种独特的设计则非常符合笔记本开发项目的特点。基于字典与定制化模板的结构使项目信息不仅标准化,而且方便录入、可扩展性强。基于主副关系的项目集管理技术,它是把相似的项目放在一个组来管理,将其中一个项目作为主项目,其它项目为副项目。副项目的各项信息可以继承主项目,更进一步的大幅提前了项目维护的效率,而且非常有效地增加了沟通,比如主项目上有个变更,系统会自动通知副项目的负责人。
     本文研究工作的意义在于,本文设计的逻辑结构、通用的技术可以供其它类似项目参考。本系统特有的基于字典与定制化模板的结构和基于主副关系的项目集管理技术是全新的设计思路,不仅很好的为笔记本开发项目提供了非常好的用户体验与管理模式,也为其它项目管理系统提供了很好的参考价值。
Notebook-developing project is complex. The notebook has many kinds of type,platform and configuration. The Projects include hardware configuration, software andmechanical. Some notebook-projects are similar, which we usually hope to manage in agroup. The normal project management system do not consider the special feature ofnotebook developing project, so we have to design a special project management system forthem.
     The research result is to build the project management system which suits for specialfeature of notebook developing projects. This system employs the advanced populartechnology such as MVC, AJAX, JQuery, CAS, and more important, build the specialtechnology. First, the structure is based on dictionary and editable format; Second, theprogram(a serials of project) management technology is based on master and slaverelationship. With advanced popular technology, the system is stable, clean. With the twokinds of special technology, the system is very suitable for the special feature of notebookdeveloping projects. With the technology that structure based on dictionary and editableformat, not only the project information of project management system is standard and easyto input, but also the scalability of project management system is better. With the programmanagement technology based on master and slave relationship, using the inherencetechnology, improve not only the efficiency of maintain projects’ information, but also thecommunication between different projects due to manage them together. For instance, if aissue occurs in master project, the owner of slave project will be informed soon and then deal with the issue timely.
     The significance of the research is that the logical architecture and general technologycan be referred for similar projects. The special technology (he first is the structure basd ondictionary and editable format and the second is program management technology based onmaster and slave relationship) is provided not only very good user experience andmanagement mode for notebook developing projects, but also good references for otherprojects.
