镀铝瓦楞纸板制备及其概念家具设计研究

摘要
目前,世界各国对绿色家具及概念家具创新设计进行积极研究与探索,我国家具工业也进入快速发展时期。本文基于可持续发展的要求及创新设计理念,对直流磁控溅射沉积Al膜进行研究,解决纸基Al膜形成关键技术实现制备镀铝瓦楞纸板,进而运用创新材料进行概念家具设计。
     研究直流磁控溅射沉积Al膜系统,探讨直流磁控溅射、Al膜溅射技术方法和Al膜的形成过程。为Al膜的制备提供坚实的基础和必要条件。实验选择与Al亲和性好的高强度特种纸作为基材,进行直流磁控溅射沉积Al膜。研究包括基靶间距、工作压力、卷绕速度、沉积时间、电流强度、清洗时间、预溅射时间、本底真空度等因素对纸基Al膜沉积速率的影响。通过正交实验筛选关键制备工艺参数制备的纸基Al膜,较原纸表面强度及物理性质得到改观,肌理及色彩发生本质变化,达到满足制备镀铝瓦楞纸板和概念家具设计的要求。
     根据镀铝瓦楞纸板结构,实验测试镀铝瓦楞纸板Al膜面纸,验证各项物理性能指标。对Al膜表面进行沉积防护层SiOx处理,改善Al膜面纸质量。探究镀铝瓦楞纸板制备工艺及特点。按瓦楞纸板国家标准GB/T6544-2008的物理技术标准进行实验,对制备的不同规格镀铝瓦楞纸板的物理技术性能测试,为镀铝瓦楞纸板制备和批量生产提供参考和借鉴。
     对概念家具设计系统分析,研究镀铝瓦楞纸板概念家具造型形态特征及造型形态设计。重点分析镀铝瓦楞纸板概念家具结构形式与工艺,进而研究不同结构形式的镀铝瓦楞纸板概念家具设计,探讨结构形式变化规律指导设计实践。遵循设计形式美法则,拓展设计创意思路,探索镀铝瓦楞纸板及其它材料的拓展设计,通过镀铝瓦楞纸板与其它材料的组合设计、模块化组合设计,促进其应用性和实际推广价值。
     本文在理论创新和应用创新方面取得成果。将镀铝瓦楞纸板制备及其概念家具设计所涉及的材料科学理论、家具设计理论、艺术设计理论相结合,形成不同学科交叉融合的理论创新体系;按照造型与工艺、材料紧密结合的原则,首次将镀铝技术与瓦楞纸板技术相结合制备概念家具材料。以镀铝瓦楞纸板作为材料进行概念家具设计,寻求镀铝瓦楞纸板及其它材料的拓展设计,制备和批量化生产镀铝瓦楞纸板概念家具。
     对镀铝瓦楞纸板制备及其概念家具设计研究,以镀铝瓦楞纸板为材料进行概念家具设计,为探求可循环利用的新型家具材料提供新的思路和途径,对丰富我国家具材料和创新家具设计起到积极的促进作用。
Nowadays, research and exploration on the green furniture and design innovation has become a worldwide trend. China also entered the period of rapid development. Based upon the sustainable and innovative concept of design, this thesis does the research on the Al films deposited by DC magnetron sputtering to solve the key technology realizing the preparation of aluminum-coated corrugated board in order to apply the innovative material to design the conceptual furniture.
     Research on the deposition of Al films deposited by DC magnetron sputtering systems and discussion on Al films deposited by DC magnetron sputtering method and forming process provide a solid foundation for the preparation of Al film and requirements. Selection and Al compatibility test of the high-strength special paper as substrate, vacuum deposition of Al films deposited by DC magnetron sputtering. Research include a base target distance, work pressure, wind speed, deposition, cleaning time, pre-sputtering time, current time, factors such as the end of the vacuum on the deposition rate of paper-based A1films. By screening preparation of key parameters in orthogonal experiment of paper-based Al film, we get the results that the comparative strength and physical properties are changed on the surface of paper, and nature change occurred in texture and color to meet the preparation requirements for aluminum-coated corrugated cardboard furniture design and concept.
     According to the structure of aluminum-coated corrugated board, test aluminum Al coated paper for corrugated board, the thesis verify that the physical properties. Protective coating on SiOx deposited A1film surface treatment can improve the quality of A1coated paper. Study on preparation and characteristics of aluminum-coated corrugated board. According to standard GB/t6544-2008physical technology of corrugated board standards for testing, on the preparation of specifications for the different physical and technical properties of aluminum-coated corrugated board test also provide reference for the preparation and production of aluminum-coated corrugated board.
     This thesis also analyses conceptual furniture design systems and morphological characteristics and modeling of aluminum-coated corrugated board conceptual furniture design. Focused on the analysis of concept furniture aluminum-coated corrugated board structure forms and processes for further research on different structure of aluminum-coated corrugated board.According to the design principles on formal beauty and develop creative ideas, this thesis explored the development of aluminum-coated corrugated cardboard and other materials designed, through a combination of aluminum-coated corrugated cardboard and other materials designed, modular combination design, promote their applicability and actual promotional value.
     The innovative results are achieved in theory and application. Preparation of aluminum-coated corrugated board material science theory and concepts involved in the furniture design, furniture design, design theory, art theory combined, forming various interdisciplinary fusion of theoretical innovation system; In accordance with the principle of close combination of shape, material and technology, aluminum-plating technology for the first time and technology preparation of conceptual furniture materials for corrugated board. Aluminum-coated corrugated board as a material concept of furniture design, seeking expansion of aluminum-coated corrugated cardboard and other materials design, preparation and the concept of mass production of aluminum-coated corrugated board furniture.
     Preparation of aluminum-coated corrugated board and its conceptual furniture design, as well as the conceptual furniture design which made of aluminum-coated corrugated board material, provides new ideas and approaches for seeking new recycled material. It certainly will contribute to enrich materials and innovative furniture design furniture in China.
