大型煤业集团煤炭绿色供应链系统构建与优化研究

摘要
煤炭是国民经济的一种主要能源,煤炭供应链是连接煤炭生产与消费的重要桥梁,但现存煤炭供应链系统的各个环节不仅对环境和生态产生了恶劣影响,而且也造成了资源的严重浪费。因此,本文以煤炭供应链的绿色化为目标,研究煤炭绿色供应链系统的构建与优化,为煤炭企业进行绿色供应链管理提供理论方法和实践依据。
     本文在分析现行煤炭供应链的特征及其对生态环境影响的基础上,把“绿色思想”应用到煤炭供应链中,对煤炭绿色供应链(C-GSC)的含义进行界定,并阐明了煤炭绿色供应链的内涵和构建煤炭绿色供应链的必要性。
     从内外部两方面分析构建煤炭绿色供应链的影响因素及其作用,构建了煤炭绿色供应链影响因素假设模型,并运用统计软件和SEM模型对影响因素进行测度,研究结果表明,企业绿色管理水平、社会责任、可持续发展需要、外部条件和外部相关主体是通过绿色供应链整体效益驱动间接对煤炭绿色供应链实施意愿产生正向影响,内部制约是通过绿色供应链整体效益驱动间接对绿色供应链实施意愿产生负面影响,政策法规对绿色供应链实施意愿有直接正向影响。
     基于复杂适应系统(CAS)视角,构建煤炭绿色供应链系统。基于CAS分析煤炭绿色供应链系统的运作模式,重点分析了煤炭绿色供应链废弃物回收系统。构建了包括资源系统、生产加工系统、销售系统、物流系统、环境系统、社会系统和废弃物回收系统7个子系统在内的煤炭绿色供应链系统概念模型,并分析了各个系统的功能。
     煤炭绿色供应链系统优化。一是基于煤炭绿色供应链的特征,既满足煤炭企业利润最大化,又能保证客户需求,同时兼顾生态环境,建立了煤炭绿色供应链多目标优化模型。研究结果表明:煤炭生产销售决策实现企业利润最大化、兼顾社会需求和公众对环境保护的要求基础上,能够满足重点客户的需求,有利于企业可持续发展和绿色化目标的实现。对煤炭企业实施绿色供应链有现实指导意义。二是在分析煤炭绿色供应链废弃物回收系统的基础上,构建系统动力学模型,选取三种典型的废弃物综合利用方案进行仿真模拟。研究结果表明,与方案一(灰色)和方案二(浅绿色)相比,绿色供应链废弃物回收模式下废弃物得到了有效综合利用且企业的综合产值提高,能够实现煤炭绿色供应链系统经济效益、社会效益和生态环境效益的协调优化。
Coal is a main energy to the national economy, the coal supply chain is an important bridge between coal production and consumption, but all processes of the existing coal supply chain system not only produced a bad influence on the ecology environment,but also caused a serious waste of resources.Therefore, based on the green goal of coal supply chain,study on construction and optimization of coal green supply chain system, provide the theory and practice method for green supply chain management of coal enterprises.
     Based on the characteristic analysis of the current coal supply chain and its impact on the ecological environment, the "green" concept is introduced to the coal supply chain, defines the coal green supply chain (C-GSC) concept, and shows the importance of constructing coal green supply chain (C-GSC).
     Analyze the internal and external factors of constructing coal green supply chain and function and build coal green supply chain impact factors conceptual model. Use SPASS software and the structural equation model to measure the influence factors. Research results show that, the enterprise green management, social responsibility, sustainable development needs, the external conditions and external related parties through the green supply chain benefit driven indirectly produce positive effects on coal green supply chain implementation will.Internal control through the green supply chain efficiency driven indirectly produce negative effect on green supply chain implementation will.Policies and regulations have a direct positive effect on green supply chain implementation will.
     The building of coal green supply chain system. Based on the perspective of complex adaptive system,analyze the mode of operation of the green supply chain system. Focuses on the analysis of waste recycling system of coal supply chain. Constructed coal green supply chain system which including resources system, production system,sales system,logistics system, environment system, social system and the waste recycling system seven subsystems, and analyze the various system functions.
     Green coal supply chain system optimization. First,based on the characteristics of coal green supply chain,maximize the profits of coal enterprises, and guarantee the customer needs, taking into account the ecological environment, establishes a multi-objective optimization model of coal green supply chain. Research results show that:the decision of coal production and sales achieves the profits maximization of enterprises, customers'demand and the public requirements on environmental protection based on which meets key customers'demand.It is conducive to the realization of the sustainable development of enterprises and the green target. For coal enterprises to implement green supply chain, it has realistic guiding significance. Second, the establishment of coal green supply chain waste recovery system simulation model.Analyze sensitivity of three representative waste supply chain model.The results show that, compared with the gray waste recycling model of supply chain and current supply chain waste recycling mode,the wastes get effective and comprehensive utilization under green supply chain waste recycling mode.Which can achieve the coordination and optimization of coal green supply chain system on economic benefit, social benefit and ecological environment benefit.
