激光引导小车在现代生产物流系统中的应用与研究

摘要
物流PD(Physical Distribution)发展至今,已深入到社会生产和人们生活的各层面,作为人们追求新的利润源泉,越来越受到重视。现代生产物流技术作为一门综合性高科技技术,它涉及了计算机、电子、自动化、机械以及管理等多门技术,是人们重点研究和实践的对象。云南玉溪烟厂1996年从韩国引进的自动化生产物流系统,从系统规模、技术的先进性、应用的成功等方面都是国内一流,该系统的建成可以说为我国现代物流的发展做出了很大贡献。作者参与了项目调研、出国培训、设备引进、投入使用及多年的维护保养工作,积累了大量经验。
     现代生产物流系统作为一种高科技,其更新换代此起彼伏,发展速度越来越快,作者作为系统的参与者和第一用户,始终跟踪该领域技术发展的新动向。针对本厂物流系统越来越暴露出的致命弱点,对其进行局部改造的意义已不是很大,在此提出了采用激光导引和无线通讯技术对系统进行改造的技术方案,兼顾继承性、先进性、可靠性、高效性以及系统的经济性,做出较详细论述,以寻求系统的解决方案。
Nowadays,PD(Physical Distribution)has reached every field social production and life. As annother large profit resources which people are seeking .It is getting more and more attention.
    AS/RS information Management system (AIMS), a multiple-high technology that coverscomputer,lectronics,automation,mechanics and management,etc.becomes the target which is researched and practiced.In1996,AIMS,introduced to YUXI cigarette Factory from South Korea. A system with large scale,advanced technology,and successful use in china ,it makes a greater contribution to the development of Chinese AIMS,I participatedin the project reaserching, overseas traning, system introduction,running and maintenance,saving more experience.
    Modern Aims is developing faster and faster. I participant and primary uer, follow the new trends of AIMS all along. As time goes on, the system is showing it's innate problem.It is impossible to carry out partial modification.
    So I put forward a plan in which we use laser guided vehicle and wireless communication for system modification, considering systemsuccession,advancement, reliability,high-efficiency,money saving,herein gives the detail discussion,and draws forth a good resolution.
