我国城市商业银行战略管理研究

摘要
在经济金融全球化进程日益加快和市场竞争日趋激烈的今天,对商业银行战略管理的研究具有重要的实际意义。商业银行战略管理是在企业战略理论基础上诞生并逐渐发展起来的,是现代企业管理体系中的一个重要分支。当前,银行战略管理已经成为各家商业银行提高竞争力、谋求全球化发展的重要手段。从整体和全局上把握银行发展的正确方向,不断推进和加强银行战略管理,是银行竞争制胜的关键。如何成功运用战略管理这一有效工具,已经成为一个迫切需要深入探讨的课题。
     基于此,本文在系统分析国内外研究工作的基础上,从理论和实际应用两个方面,对我国城市商业银行战略管理进行了系统研究。全文主要研究内容与成果如下:
     一、在理论探讨和实践相结合的基础上,通过采用文献研究法、调查研究法、案例分析法等统计方法,从企业战略管理理论入手,引申出商业银行战略管理理论,对其内涵、流程、模式和动因进行了分析。并通过列举国外商业银行战略管理模式和成功案例,以及对商业银行现行战略管理状况的分析、评价,探讨了国内商业银行战略发展的趋势和如何进行战略选择的问题。
     二、在界定了战略管理能力的概念,并分析了战略管理能力的特性基础上,建立了城市商业银行战略管理能力评价指标体系,并运用网络层次分析法确定了各级指标权重。进而对青岛银行近四年的战略管理能力进行了具体评价。
     三、以城市商业银行的典型代表—青岛银行多年的战略管理实践为重点,对城市商业银行的战略管理现状和今后的发展方向进行了具体的分析和研究,旨在探讨商业银行的战略管理理论,为金融全面开放背景下的我国商业银行在战略分析、选择、实施和评价调整方面提供更科学的依据,起到积极的促进作用,摸索出可操作性更强的战略管理之道。
     四、研究结果表明,商业银行必须成功运用银行战略管理这一科学、有效的工具来获取竞争优势,要认真分析银行内、外部环境,结合实际,制定符合自身特色的战略管理框架和发展思路,通过有效的政策和制度来进行切实的贯彻和实施,真正构建起具有我国特色的商业银行战略管理模式。
     五、对本论文研究的不足以及未来的研究展望进行了简要总结。
At present, the banking strategic management has been an important means for many commercial banks to improve their competitiveness and global development. The Strategic Management of city commercial bank was established and developed on the basis of The Enterprise Strategy Theory, which is an essential part of modern enterprise management system. In a time when the economic and financial globalization is developing atsuch an enormous speed and the competition for the market is getting increasingly fierce, it is of more value to research and manage the city commercial banks strategically. It has been a key factor to succeed for the banks to get to know the future of bank evelopment, advance and enforce the strategic management. Therefore, how to apply the strategic management successfully has been imperative for us to discuss closely. The main contents are summarized as following: This thesis discusses the enterprise strategic management theory and expand to the city commercial bank strategic management theory, analyzing its implications, flow models as well as its motivations with the help of many methods in statistics such as documents, research, comparison, and case study. Besides, it also sheds light on the trend of China city commercial banks and how to choose from the strategies by giving the examples of overseas banking management models and cases. The thesis lays emphasis on the analysis of Qingdao Bank's some years strategic management practice which is typical of China city commercial banks. It analyzes and researches the present situation of the commercial banks' strategic management and its future. It's discussing the strategic management theory which aims at provide scientific bases in the aspect of analyzing, choosing, executing and evaluation in a more open background. It intends toplay an active role in offering a more efficient and effective management for China city commercial banks.
     The thesis defined the concept of strategic management capability, and analyzed the characteristics of it. Then the strategic management capability model and the strategic management capability assessment system were builded , which can evaluation the strategic management capability in banks. And we resolved the problem of relatively weightiness of assessment indexes by using Analytic Network Process and Super Decision software. Further more, combined with 4 years data from Qingdao bank, the relevant evaluation study was also done in this thesis.
     The research results of this paper show that, city commercial banks of China should learn to apply proficiently the banking strategic management, which is a scientific and effective tool, to gain the edge to win the competition. They are supposed to put forward their own strategic management frames and development strategies after analyzing the internal and external environment. At the end, the dissertation summarizes the contents and the limited, and proposes the direction for further study.
