基于有限元分析Fi-FiI级船用消防泵试验与研究

摘要
本文运用先进的设计方法针对CXB250-600PS大型船用消防泵进行设计与研究。采用流场分析软件Fluent对蜗壳内部流场及压力场进行仿真,计算结果表明,泵内部流动稳定,静压分布合理,湍动能小且分布均匀。设计的样泵性能曲线平坦,高效区宽,效率高,满足了船用消防泵的特殊性能要求。
     采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对蜗壳所承受的应力与应变情况进行分析,为改进泵的设计提供可靠依据。并通过水压试验和水力性能试验,验证计算结果与试验数据相吻合。
     经过计算和研究,给出了一个基于CFD和ANSYS软件、应用有限单元法对流场、压力场模拟以及泵蜗壳的静力强度进行分析的方法。经试验验证,此法得到的数据相对准确且更符合实际,从而具有较好的实用价值和应用推广前景。
This thesis uses advanced design methods to research and design the large marine fire pump CXB250-600PS. Simulate inside flow field and pressure field with flow field analysis software FLUENT. The results show that the inside flows is stably, static pressure distribution is reasonably, and turbulence kinetic energy is small and uniform. The model pump has the characteristics of flat performance curve, high efficiency, and wide high efficiency area, which can satisfy the special performance requirement of fire fighting pump.
     Use finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyse the stress and strain of scroll, so as to provide reliable basis for improve the pump’s design. And verify whether the calculation results can match the test results, through hydraulic pressure test and performance test.
     After calculation and research, this thesis give a method to analysis the flow field, pressure field, and static strength of scroll, basing on CFD and ANSYS software. After test verifying, the results of this method is more accurate and more accordant with actual condition, so it has good valuable and good practical application prospects
