清洁生产指标体系构建与案例数据库网站开发

摘要
本文主要是建立全面合理的行业清洁生产指标体系,提出最优的指标数学评价模式,并构建清洁生产案例数据库网站。通过对这三者之间有机的结合使用,为企业清洁生产活动评价提供帮助,以促进国内当前的清洁生产活动。
     本课题的研究方法是在查阅文献资料和广泛收集调查纺织印染、化工、机械等行业清洁生产实际案例和部分国外案例的基础上,通过对以往清洁生产指标体系和评价模式的概念、方法和作用的比较,利用实际案例的应用分析,寻找它们的异同,最终建立合适的指标体系,并探讨最优的数学评价模式。
     本论文的结论:①以生命周期分析为主要原则建立的指标体系,包括七类指标(生产工艺与装备指标、资源能源利用指标、产品指标、污染物产生指标、废物回收利用指标、环境管理要求和经济效益指标),其可以较全面的评价企业清洁生产各个方面的影响因素,具有一定的灵活性、层次性,客观准确地反映清洁生产的定义及其内涵;②在清洁生产评价活动中,模糊数学评价法优于综合指数评价法和平均指数评价法。模糊评价模式在目前和将来均具有较好的应用性,可以帮助企业和清洁生产工作人员更直观地了解企业的生产工艺、技术经济、生产管理,以及发掘企业的清洁生产潜力;③内容丰富的案例数据库网站系统在技术方面具有一定的价值意义,可以宣传清洁生产知识,提供较为丰富的实际清洁生产案例。
     本课题的研究可为我国建立统一的清洁生产评估体系提供一定的参考作用,对企业进行清洁生产审计等活动发挥一定的指导作用,帮助企业了解自身在清洁生产方面存在的问题;并且清洁生产案例数据库,将为企业和相关行业提供实际的清洁生产方法和技术,有助于先进技术和管理经验的转移,从而发挥一定的宣传作用,进一步促进和推动清洁生产活动的开展。
The purpose of the thesis is to set up an all-around and reasonable set of index system about Cleaner Production, to put forwad optimal mathematics evaluation mode, and to build a database website on Cleaner Production case. By integrating the index system, evaluation mode and website into a virtual method, we can provide help for some enterprises in evaluating the CP activities, and advance the level of the present CP at home.
    The research methods used in this paper is based on referring to a great deal of literature and datum, and collecting internal and external CP cases involving in the textile and printing and dying Industry, chemical Industry, mechanical Industry. Then we compare the conceptions, methods, action among the former CP index systems and evaluation modes respectively, and find out their common and different aspects by application of the practical CP cases, finally establish the proper index system and probe the best mathematics evaluation mode.
    The conclusion of the paper is:
    (1)Mainly based on the principle of the LCA, We successfully establish a set of index system which includes seven categories(production technologies and equipment index, utilization index about resources and energies, product index, pollutant generation index, waste recycling and using index, environmental management index, and economic benefit index). With some flexibility and hierarchy, it can comprehensively evaluate all the CP impact factors, and exactly embody the CP conception and meaning.
    (2)Compared with the synthetic index evaluation method and the average index evaluation method, the fuzzy mathematical one is optimal. It possesses better applied property at present and in the future. By using it, the CP personnel will easily know the process technologies, economical benefit, production management, and find out the CP potential about the enterprises.
    (3)The website consists plenty of CP contents, and has some valuable meaning in the technology aspect. We can propagandize CP knowledge and acquire abundant CP cases by browsing it.
    The study of the thesis can offer referenced function for establishing the uniform
    
    
    
    national CP evaluation system, and direct the implementing the CP audition activities, which is useful for the enterprises to know its defeats in CP aspect. What's more, the CP case database website will afford practical CP methods and technologies for relevant enterprises and Industries, resulting in the acceleration of the transfer on advanced technologies and management experiences. Sequentially, The CP knowledge and evaluation method will be well propagandized and be applied more smoothly.
