基于OGRE的虚拟移动电话设计系统的研究

摘要
虚拟制造和虚拟现实的结合与应用从根本上改变了现行的制造模式,对相关行业也产生了巨大影响。移动电话产品设计是一个非常繁复的过程,要经历许多不同的设计方向,因此迫切需要对移动电话设计进行数字化仿真,弥补移动电话设计过程中对产品分析不足的缺陷,更重要的是要设计出完全符合用户需求的产品。针对以上情况,本文开发了基于OGRE(Object-Oriented Graphics Rendering Engine,即面向对象的图形渲染引擎)的虚拟移动电话设计系统。
     本文主要研究工作集中以下几点:
     (1)系统地研究了虚拟制造涉及的关键技术,包括建模技术,仿真技术,以及虚拟现实技术;使用3DSMAX三维建模平台,完成移动电话模型设计,并对模型进行优化,将模型三角形面数降低到最低以满足视景仿真系统的真实感要求。
     (2)深入研究了基于OGRE的虚拟现实视景仿真系统的架构,以及在Windows平台下,如何运用Visual.Net2003进行OGRE二次开发:详细设计与实现本系统模型主体部分四大功能模块,包括虚拟设计、虚拟漫游、虚拟组装和交互反馈模块:并在虚拟场景中完成移动电话模型的碰撞检测实验和材质渲染处理,增强了虚拟场景真实感;基本达到设计虚拟移动电话的要求,包括可根据用户需求在虚拟场景中选择移动电话款式、改变移动电话颜色和形状等基本功能。
     (3)对图像检索中相关反馈技术进行深入研究。在图像的多特征子空间下,采用基于支持向量机相关反馈的图像检索方法,构建了基于图像检索技术的虚拟移动电话辅助设计子系统模型。该子系统可根据用户需求,在移动电话图片数据库中,对移动电话整机和零部件图片进行快速可视的反馈查询;最后,把该子系统应用到虚拟移动电话系统主体部分的交互反馈模块中,有效地提高了移动电话设计效率。
The combination and widely application of virtual manufacturing and virtual reality has fundamentally changed the existing manufacturing model,and also had a tremendous impact on the related industries.Mobile phone design is a complicated project.It must be considered in much different way before actual production. Therefore,it is necessary to do digital simulation for mobile phone in designing stage, and build mathematical model and visual model to cover the inadequate analysis problem.So as to produce probable product to meet the needs of different users.According to the problem mentioned above,an OGRE-based virtual mobile phone design system is developed.
     Main work as follows:
     1.Systematic study of the virtual manufacturing key technologies,including modeling,simulation technology and virtual reality technology;Using 3DSMAX modeling platform,complete mobile phone model design and optimization the model,in order to reduce the number of triangles to minimum to meet the sence simulation systems realistic requirements.
     2.Basic analysis the architecture of virtual reality and scene simulation system,both are base on OGRE;Studied deeply how to use Visual.Net 2003 to do secondary development for OGRE in Windows platform;The four modules of the main part of the system are implemented,Including the virtual design,virtual robots,virtual assembly and interacttive feedback module;And complete mobile phone model collision detection experiments and material rendering,basically meet the mobile phone design system requirements;Designer not only can select the phone style freely,also can change the color,the shape of the phone and other basic features in the virtual scene of the system.
     3 According to the advantages of image retrieval approche,this design system embedded the theories and technologies of image retrieval approche are base on relevance feedback.In the random multifeature subspace of image,used the SVM-based image retrieval approche,developed an aided design subsystem;In this subsystem,desinger can select a suitable picture of the whole or parts of the phone in the picture database as soon as possible;And applied the subsystem to the interactive feedback modules of the main part of the system,effectively enhanced the efficiency of the system in virtual scene.
