客户/服务器人事管理信息系统的应用开发
摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展，信息系统在人事管理工作中的应用已成必然。本论文为开发成都飞机设计研究所的专用人事管理信息系统，对该所的人事管理工作进行全面、详细的调查了解，运用结构化的方法进行信息系统的需求分析，得出系统的信息需求、功能需求、信息和功能的关系等。采用规范设计法设计出系统数据库的全局逻辑模型，使人事管理信息得到合理的组织和有效的使用；采用面向数据流的分析方法设计出系统的总体逻辑结构，使系统的功能面向各项业务工作，满足管理的需要。整个系统涵盖了人事管理工作的方方面面，使人事管理的工作效率得到提高，把管理人员从繁琐的事务性工作中解放出来。
With rapid development of information technology, the use of information system becomes inevitable in the work of management of personnel.
For developing the special management system of personnel for Chengdu Aircraft Design & Research Institute, this paper generally investigates in detail the work of the management of personnel, analyses the requirement of the management system by using structured methodology, then educes the system's information requirement, function requirement, the relation between the information and the function, and etc. The full-scale logic model of the system database designed by using normative design methodology makes the information of the management of personnel reasonably organized and effectively used; The general logical structure of the system designed by using object data stream analysis methodology makes the function of the system meet all operational work of the ministry of personnel of the Institute and contented with the needs of the management.
As it contains all aspect of the work of the management of personnel, the system can improve the work efficiency of the management of personnel, and release the manager from the cockamamie and matter of fact work.
