百年电力公司经济分析与竞价上网辅助决策系统的研究

摘要
建立发电侧电力市场是中国电力工业商业化运营的第一步。山东百年电力发展股份有限公司作为全国第一个改制的发电企业，研究开发一套适合我公司实际的经济分析与竞价上网辅助决策系统具有重要的理论和现实意义。
论文研究了山东省电力市场环境下基于边际电价预测的发电公司竞价上网策略问题。对经济分析与竞价上网辅助决策系统进行了整体规划，初步开发了经济分析与竞价上网辅助决策系统。
To establish the electric power market at the generating side is the first step in the commercialization of Chinese electric power market. Shandong Century Electric Power Development Co., Ltd. (SCEPD) is the first electric power station all over China that had taken this kind of reform. It is of significance both theoretically and realistically to develop a decision aid system of making economic analysis and bidding for sales to grids for power plants.
This paper has studied the bidding strategy for power stations based upon predicted marginal price in the environment of electric power market . Then accordingly to structure the decision aid system for bidding for sales to grids, an implementing project scheme can be found at last.
