团队创新网络运行机制与创新团队竞争优势提升研究

摘要
建立团队创新网络是创新团队持续发展的动力和提升竞争优势的源泉,而团队创新网络特征影响着团队组织学习效果,进而作用于创新团队的竞争优势。在理论上,本文以创新网络、组织学习、竞争优势为基本研究要素,基于创新网络理论、组织学习理论和竞争优势理论构建了“团队创新网络特征一团队组织学习一团队竞争优势”模型,并对团队创新网络的运行机制进行了研究和论述;在实证上,采用规范的实证分析过程,验证了理论模型及所提出的假设,对假设结果进行了讨论,显示出团队创新网络的理论价值及对实践的指导意义。
     本文综合运用文献研究法、问卷调查法和统计分析方法进行了一系列研究工作,取得了如下研究成果:
     1.提出了具有理论和实践意义的团队创新网络的概念
     本文将已有的创新网络的相关概念在团队层面进行拓展。对团队创新网络的概念作了明确界定,强调了团队创新网络是各主体在环境作用下、在组织学习过程中所形成的网络架构。
     2.阐述了团队创新网络的形成与运行演化机制
     本文通过尝试性地将创新网络理论和组织学习理论进行拓展,将其应用到竞争优势层面的分析。通过网络各主体的组织学习,分析团队创新网络的运行机制。
     3.明确划分了团队创新网络的构成维度
     本文通过理论研究和实证研究提出,团队创新网络特征由五个维度构成:环境维度、主体维度、资源维度、情境维度、网络维度。团队创新网络特征的五维构成是具有理论意义的诊释工具和划分维度。
     4.提出并验证团队创新网络特征对团队竞争优势作用机制模型
     本文通过建立“团队创新网络特征一团队组织学习一团队竞争优势”模型,并通过大样本的数据分析进行了验证。说明团队创新网络特征通过组织学习来促进团队竞争优势的提升。
Team Innovation Network is the power advancing the sustainable development of the team and the source producing competitive advantages. The features of Team Innovation Network impacts on the organizational learning outcomes, so that it determines the result of a competition. Theoretically, this paper employs innovation network, organizational learning and competitive advantage as the basic research elements, builds the theoretical model of Team Innovation Network based on innovation network theory, organizational learning theory and competitive advantage theory. Furthermore, this paper makes a study and a statement of basic research elements and internal functions. Practically, by empirical and systematic research, this paper confirm that the theoretical model is correct, makes a hypotheses, then discuss the result of the hypotheses and at last reveals the theoretical value and its significance to the practice.
     Employing documentary research, questionnaires and statistical analysis, in this paper the author makes a series of studies. The four points below are what the author puts forward in the paper.
     1, The author comes up with the concept of Team Innovation Network.
     The concept of Team Innovation Network is the outgrowth of innovation network. The author defines the meaning of Team Innovation Network and states it is formed by the subject in both a certain environment and organizational learning process.
     2, The author brings up the formation mechanism and development mechanism.
     The author expands the application of the commonly-used Analytical models both in innovation network theory and organizational learning theory and employs these models in the analysis of competitive advantages. After the organizational learning of subjects, the author then brings up the Team Innovation Network mechanism.
     3, The author comes up with the elements of team innovation network
     This paper explicitly states the elements of the Team Innovation Network.
     Through the theoretical researches and empirical researches, the author puts forward that the Team Innovation Network consist of five elements:environment element, agent element, source element, context element and net element. These five elements are full of theoretical significance.
     4, The author puts forward and confirm the importance of Team Innovation Network to the innovation team competitive advantage
     The author builds the models of Team Innovation Network- Team Organizational Learning-Innovation Team Competitive Advantage and tests its feasibility through a mess of data analysis, points out how the Team Innovation Network and organizational learning function in the formation process of innovation team competitive advantage.
