面向儿童保健服务的SP短信平台的设计和实现

摘要
过去几年中,短信增值业取得飞速发展,它在为人们的生活提供诸多便利的同时,也给广大SP(服务提供商)带来了巨大的经济效益。为了应对激烈的SP竞争,SP纷纷寻找新业务的切入点,力求建立起自己的多接入短信平台,以确保在竞争中立于不败。
     如今,短信增值业务在医疗行业中的应用已不少见,但其在儿童保健行业的应用还有待开发。随着人们生活水平的日益提高,他们对下一代的成长也越来越重视,而对新生儿的保健知识的获取问题显得尤为突出。新生儿的家长们迫切希望能够及时有效地获取保健知识,各医院也希望有更便捷的渠道来传播专业的儿童保健知识。
     本文针对这一现状,提出一种面向儿童保健服务的SP短信平台的设计和实现。平台以移动,联通,电信的短信服务作为平台的短信接入,以儿童保健信息作为业务载体,为医院和新生儿家长构建起了一个儿童保健信息的传播的渠道。该平台主要由短信采集部分、短信处理部分、远程监控和WEB管理部分组成。本文的主要的研究和工作包括以下几方面内容:
     (1)儿童保健短信服务业务的可行性分析和规划。分析了业务的可行性并设计了业务模式和运营模式。
     (2)短信平台的总体设计。制定出平台的整体框架组成和各个部分应采用的相关技术及实现方法。
     (3)短信采集部分的设计。重点介绍了移动网关接口模块的设计,以及平台的通信方式设计。
     (4)短信处理部分的设计和实现。重点分析了HOSP模块的设计和实现,给出了数据库表的设计,详细介绍了数据库的业务逻辑处理。
     (5)远程监控和WEB管理部分的设计与实现。介绍了平台远程监控部分的原理和实现方法。重点介绍了OMS和APPLET模块的设计和实现,并以HOSP为例,分析了整个监控过程。介绍了WEB管理的架构设计及网站的模块功能。
     该平台选择的业务切入点具有良好的商业价值,平台本身在功能性、准确性、可靠性等方面都具有较高的水平,在杭州XXX计算机科技有限公司投入运行以来,系统在安全性、易用性和效率等方面均获得好评,并通过了使用单位组织的验收。
In the past few years, the short-message value-added business has gained great achievement. It brings a lot of convenience to the life of people while offers a big economic benefit to SP (service provider). In order to face the fierce competition in SP services, more and more SP manage to seek new business points and build multi-access short-message platform of their own to ensure their position in the competition.
     Nowadays, the applications of short-message value-added business have already been seen in medical care industry, while its application in children health care industry is still under develop. As the increasing quality of people's life, they begin to pay more attention to the growth of their next generation, especially to the problems of getting health care information for their new-born sons and daughters. They are eagerly to have an effective way to get the information while hospitals also want a more convenient way to spread their professional health care information for new-born babies.
     In facing the situation, this paper raises a design and implement of children health care service oriented SP short-message platform. The platform uses the short-message services provided by China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom as the short-message platform accesses and children health care information as business carrier. It builds a channel to spread children health care information for both hospitals and parents of new-born babies. The platform mainly includes short-message collecting part, short-message processing part, remote monitoring and web management part. The main research and work are described as follows:
     (1) The feasibility analysis and plan of the children health care short-message service. Give a feasibility analysis and the design of business as well as operation mode.
     (2) The overall design of the short-message platform. Give the frames of the platform and the related technology of every module as well as its method of implementation.
     (3) The design of short-message collecting part. Have a focus on introducing the design of China Mobile's gateway interface and communication method.
     (4) The design and implementation of short-message processing part. Give a detail analysis of HOSP and the table design of the database as well as business logical processing.
     (5) The design and implementation of the remote monitoring and management part. Introduce the principle and implementation method of the remote monitoring part. Give a focus on the module design and implementation of OMS and APPLET. Use HOSP as an example to illustrate the whole monitoring process. Also, give an introduction on the frame build of web management and the function of web module.
     The business point of the platform has a good business value. The system has successfully implemented the initial requirement and shown great advantages in validity, reliability, security and efficiency. It has been in use in Hang Zhou XXX LTD. The System has received good comments from many aspects and passed the check-and-accept of the users.
