省级移动统一业务平台数据采集子系统的研究与实现

中国移动的市场经过近几年的发展,已具备相当的规模,也蕴藏着巨大的增长潜力;同时,移动行业也面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战,移动公司必然要通过强化内部管理,强化科技进步和技术创新,降低建设和运营成本,提高移动公司服务水平,才能全面提升企业核心竞争能力,确保企业市场竞争优势和长期可持续发展。
本文研究了省级移动开展综合业务所遇到的问题,由于其下属各市级移动在移动业务的部署和开展上往往是各市级移动根据市场的不同需求,为了满足需求就马上开展相应的业务,造成了同省之中各市级子公司一个业务或者一类业务一个平台的局面,这对当时迅速满足用户需求是有好处的,但对未来新业务的开展也存在着很多不利因素。各市级移动开展业务的硬件设备来自不同的厂家,具有不同的技术标准,数据的存放格式也不尽相同,因此,在省级综合业务的开展过程中,标准往往难以统一,使得全省范围的综合业务很难以统一的方式在各市级分公司之间展开。
本文首先提出了省级移动统一业务平台的建设方案,进而分析了其数据采集子系统的设计,并介绍了移动网中存在的不同用户、业务数据库及当前主要的数据库存取方法,最后,完成了一个具体的省级移动统一业务平台中的数据采集子系统的设计与实现。
After the evolution in recent years, China-Mobile has already grown to quite a large scale in the market, and still contains potential ability to become even larger. Meanwhile, mobile industry is confronted with unprecedented opportunity and challenge. In order to increase company's core competing ability entirely, to ensure company's competitive predominance in the market, and to enlarge a long-term and continuable developing space, mobile company must strengthen internal management, must intensify the progress of the technical innovation, must reduce the cost of construction and running, and must improve the quality of service.
This paper studies the problems the provincial mobile is encountered when starts the provincial integrated services, its subordinate mobile is usually deploying and carrying out the mobile business immediately in order to meet the different needs of the mobile service market, which causes the situation that one service or a type of services per platform in developing among the subordinate mobile companies in the same province. This situation has its advantages to meet the customer's requirements at that time, but, there are also a lot of disadvantages when start new service in the future. The hardware、techniques and data formats the subordinate companies used in the development of the services are quite different from each other, so when starts a provincial integrated service, the standard usually hard to be unified, which makes the provincial service hard to start in the provincial scope.
This paper first bring forward the construction plan of the unified service platform of provincial mobile company, then analyzes the design of its data collection subsystem. After that, this paper introduces some knowledge of different customer and service database in the mobile network and some access technology to these databases. Finally, this paper shows a design and realization of a data collection subsystem project of a certain provincial mobile company.
本文研究了省级移动开展综合业务所遇到的问题,由于其下属各市级移动在移动业务的部署和开展上往往是各市级移动根据市场的不同需求,为了满足需求就马上开展相应的业务,造成了同省之中各市级子公司一个业务或者一类业务一个平台的局面,这对当时迅速满足用户需求是有好处的,但对未来新业务的开展也存在着很多不利因素。各市级移动开展业务的硬件设备来自不同的厂家,具有不同的技术标准,数据的存放格式也不尽相同,因此,在省级综合业务的开展过程中,标准往往难以统一,使得全省范围的综合业务很难以统一的方式在各市级分公司之间展开。
