直流屏电源监控装置的研究与开发

摘要
本论文对直流屏电源监控装置的设计从系统方案确定、系统软件设计、系统硬件设计、系统调试等各个方面进行了多层次、多角度的详细研究探讨,并给出了切实可行的实现方案。具有很强的操作性。
     论文首先就直流屏电源这一个复杂系统的定义、功能、应用场合等各方面进行了系统地介绍,进而说明了本文所探讨的直流屏监控装置在直流屏电源系统中所占有的核心地位与作用。
     然后作者就目前国内外直流屏电源的发展现状,通过与国内外同类产品在价格、性能、满足客户需求等方面进行了一系列的对比,揭示了目前开发该种直流屏监控装置的可行性,即本文作者所做的研究开发工作具有非常重要的理论价值和实际意义。
     最后为了具体实现直流屏监控装置这一设备,作者分别从系统方案确定、算法、工艺结合、系统软件设计、系统硬件设计、系统调试等各个方面进行了最细致的讨论,并尽可能的对每一细节均给出了切实可行的软硬件实现方案及调试环境及手段。从而确定了直流屏电源监控装置以51系列单片机为控制核心,以并行总线工作方式与速度要求较高的液晶显示器及键盘等装置接口;而以串行总线工作方式与速度要求相对较低的A/D、D/A、D/I、D/O等装置接口;全部的信号包括A/D、D/A、D/I、D/O及串行口均带有光电隔离。从而保证了系统的安全可靠。
The thesis researches and discusses the design of direct power supply measuring and controlling device in detail. It studies the device from the following aspects: the selection of the scheme of the system, the design of the software and hardware of the system, the debugging of the system. The thesis gives a practical system scheme. The system is easy to operate.
    First of all, this thesis introduces systematically the definition, the function and the apply occasion of direct power supply system. Then it illustrates that the direct power supply measuring and controlling device the dissertation designs is of central station and function in direct power supply system.
    Then, according to the developing actuality of the direct power supply at home and abroad at present, the author compares the direct power he designs with other products from the aspects of price, performance, and whether it can satisfy the needs of the customers, etc, which shows that it is of practical value to develop this kind of direct power supply measuring and controlling device. So the researching and developing work is of theoretical and practical value.
    And the last, in order to realize the measuring and controlling device, the author discusses in detail according to the following aspects: the selection of the scheme of the system, the algorithm, the arts and crafts, the design of the software and hardware of the system and the debugging of the system, etc. And the author tries to provide a practical hardware and software scheme, debugging environment and method. Consequently, he chooses 51 single chip machine as the controlling kernel of the direct power supply measuring and controlling device and parallel bus as interface to LCD keyboard; and serial bus as interface to A/D, D/A, D/I and D/O; All the signals including A/D, D/A, D/I, D/O and serial ports are photoelectric isolation. Consequently, the system is safe and reliable.
