南航吉林分公司飞行员训练评价指标体系

摘要
本文根据民航业的行业特点与发展趋势,通过对航空公司飞行训练管理工作的研究与分析,对南航吉林分公司飞行员训练评价指标体系进行设计。在设计中,根据民航飞行员飞行训练的特点,结合民航总局对飞行训练的具体法规要求,从南航吉林分公司飞行员训练管理工作的实际情况出发,将飞行员训练指标评价体系分为三个部分,即副驾驶训练评价指标体系、机长训练评价指标体系、飞行教员训练评价指标体系,并采用次分析法和优序对比法确定评价指标的权重。在应用中,采用综合评价法对飞行训练作整体评价。这三个部分可以根据飞行员目前的飞行技术标准独立的对飞行训练做出评价,也可以结合在一起,对一个飞行员的全部飞行训练情况做出一个完整的综合评价。
China's civil aviation industry is at an annual 12-14 percent rate of growth, and accelerating the speed of international practice, has gradually become the main means of transport. The major domestic airlines competing for the models to update its fleet replacement and expansion, coupled with the large number of private airlines have also set up so that the rapid increase in demand for pilots. The next five years, the pilot shortage will reach 10,000 by 2015, this gap will be as high as 18,000. In this case, the airlines accelerate the pace of training pilots through various channels. At this point, in order to ensure flight safety, improve the flight training program to improve China's civil aviation industry's international profile and reputation to ensure the development by leaps and bounds in China's civil aviation and civil aviation to achieve the goal of strengthening the establishment of a set of airline pilot training evaluation indicator system is imperative.
     Based on the characteristics of the civil aviation industry and development trends,in research and analysis of the management of airline flight training,the evaluation indicator system of pilot training of China Southern Airlines Jilin branch is designed. In the design of civil aviation pilots in accordance with the characteristics of flight training, combined with the Civil Aviation Administration of flight training on the specific requirements of laws and regulations, from the Southern Jilin branch management training for pilots of the actual situation, the pilots will be trained to evaluate the system is divided into three parts that is, co-pilot training evaluation indicator system, the captain training evaluation indicator system, flight instructor training evaluation indicator system. This can be part of the three pilots flying the current technical standards for an independent evaluation to make flight training, can also be combined with a full flight pilot training to complete a comprehensive evaluation.
     China Southern Airlines flight training in Jilin branch evaluation by the bipolar system of indicators, qualitative indicators of its weight distribution used to determine the level of analysis, the quantitative indicators of the weight distribution of graduate contrast to determine the sequence. In the application of evaluation index system for flight training evaluation, quantitative data directly in real terms, non-quantitative score by the experts to come to the data. According to the data, we analyze by comprehensive evaluation method in order to work out the evaluation of the results of the pilot training.
     China Southern Airlines Jilin branch pilot training evaluation indicator system in the new situation, new products, advancing with the times is the flight training management, its application will improve the efficiency and improvement in the quality of flight training. With this evaluation system for training pilots will be able to make a comprehensive evaluation of the situation so as to the overall quality of the pilots to make the evaluation. Made in the pilot through the flight training of the gradual growth process, every step has an objective evaluation will help train pilots and the overall quality. With this evaluation system through pilot training in the overall evaluation can be seen in the management training and training standards for specific problems and contradictions in order to solve problems and improve management. Only airline pilots do a good job of training in order to speed up the pace of training pilots to meet the rapid development of China's civil aviation sector needs; from the source to ensure the quality of flight safety, enhance the industry's overall strength and competitiveness.
     Pilot training evaluation indicator system in flight training in management is a new thing, the airline management, is a new management methods, but also conform to the development of the times, enhance management efficiency and the inevitable product of the way, it is worth to promote the application. However, due to its introduction, in the conventional work on the basis of increased workload, it is necessary to increase the human and material resources to increase at the same time, the pilot will be brought to a certain degree of pressure.
