生态建筑的实践性研究
摘要
生态建筑反映了建筑领域营建观念的巨大转变,代表未来建筑发展的一个方向。目前我国生态建筑研究多局限于理论研究,自觉性生态建筑实践不多,实践性研究更少。如何把生态建筑原理在具体的实践中有机地、创造性地应用,促进真正意义的生态建筑生成的研究,既有学术意义,又有应用价值,对此本文围绕生态建筑实践,结合本人的工作经历,选择全过程参与设计的山东交通学院图书馆生态实践为切入点,比较全面总结和归纳了在具体实践过程中生态原理的应用及其经验,以及适合我国目前生态建筑实践的实用途径,以期获得在此领域一定范围内具有推广价值的技术、方法和模式。主要学术贡献如下:
将生态建筑理论与生态建筑具体实践研究结合,构建用生态建筑理论解决实际建设问题的框架。在山东交通学院图书馆生态建设实践中,坚持把生态建筑的基本原理同山东交通学院的具体实际相结合,运用生态建筑原理创造性的走出一条具有山东交通学院地域特色的生态建设之路。
概括总结国内外典型生态建筑理论和实践成果,提出目前我国生态建筑发展面临的问题,并结合山东交通学院图书馆工程的创造性实践,提出寻求适合本地实情的普通适用性技术、精细化施工以及建筑全寿命周期的建设思想是目前占大多数普通公共建筑的生态建设途径。
从建筑整个寿命周期角度,通过实践的方法,构建从策划、设计、施工、使用和管理全寿命周期思维的生态建筑生成链,从外部环境、可再生能源利用、普通节能技术以及一体化建设模式等重点环节进行实践,提出场地生态、绿化生态、建筑生态、室内生态,管理与使用生态的建设战略。
突破了传统的建筑建设模式,不仅从单体建筑节能措施出发,而且以从建筑与外部环境、建筑与材料相结合的具体实例说明在尊重自然、充分利用自然的基础上,进行适度创造的建设思想,进行了水景观多功能建设、绿化多功能建设以及建筑和环境一体化等外部环境建设。
从单体建筑实践的角度,进行了规划、建筑、结构、设备等专业一体化设计;自然通风中用于防火措施的中悬窗控制技术创新以及座椅、门把手、地面装饰条带等建筑一体化创作实践,提出资源约束是生态建筑产生的动因,业主方在生态建筑的产生、发展中发挥了主导作用;技术创新为生态建筑的实现提供了保障,公众参与是生态建筑发展的重要推动力。
基于建筑设计与能源利用相结合的视角,创造性地进行了太阳能采暖、通风、利用景观用水进行空调制冷、利用地下洞室进行自然通风等多种可再生能源利用模式的实践。
提出编制建筑使用说明书对于生态建筑使用管理的重要意义,并编制了山东交通学院图书馆建筑使用说明书。
山东交通学院图书馆生态建设实践走出了一条具体的生态建筑建设之路,其经济实用、全面的生态技术和生态思想,有利于促进我国生态建筑实践的发展和普及,并为目前我国占大多数的普通公共建筑的生态实践提供可行的方法和途径。
Ecological building reflects the enormous change of construction concepts and patterns,it representatives the direction of future building.But in our country,the study on it is still confined to theory, the consciousness ecological construction practice is not many,the research on practice is fewer.The study about how to apply the ecological building principle to concrete practice,and how to promote the real significance ecological building generating both have study significance, and have the-applying value.So in this artical,the studies are around the ecological building practice.Combining with my experiences,I choose the ecological buildingⅠparticipates whole line in Shandong Jiaotong University Library practice as the penetration point,some ecological building principles and experiences are summed up,and suitable ways about the ecological building at our present country have been carries out,and the value technology,methods and patterns is gained and extended.The main studies as follows:
The ecological building theory is combined with ecological building practice organize,and the frame is constructed using ecological building theory to resolve the actual problems.In the practice of Shandong Jiaotong University Library,concrete practice combines with basal principle is insisted,the creativeness road is built of ecological building with the region character of Shandong Jiaotong University.
Representative ecological building theory and prices at home and abroad are summarize,the ecological building developing problem in our country are suggested.With Shandong Jiaotong University Library project practice,the thoughts with exploring the locality suitable technology and refinement construction and entire life cycle are the road of public ecological building in our present country.
At the angle of entire life-span process,by the practice way,the chains are constructed of plan,design,construction,being put into use and managing.With the practice of the outside environment,regenerative energy use technology,average energy-efficient technology and the construction pattern unifying,some strategies are established about that ecological space,ecological building,ecological interior and eco-management and using.
Some tradition build pattern is broken.With the ecological thoughts and some concrete example such as building combining with the outside environment;building and material fully utilizing,some thoughts are carrying out such as proper built thoughts and practices at the basis of the respective and make use of natural.With many functions of water landscape and planting landscape,building and environment mingle mutually are designed.
At the angle of building practice,with the unify design of plan, architecture,structure,equipment,and the window control technique for fireproof in natural ventilation,and the creation practices such as seat, doorknob,floor decoration strip belt,some thoughts arebrought that the resource environment restrains is the leading factor;proprietor plays leading factor during ecological building creation and development; technology innovation is a guarantee to realization;the public participate is the important motoring force.
At the angle of combining architecture with energy,some patterns of regeneration energy usage are practiced such as warm and ventilation using solar energy;exchange the method using the waterscape and natural ventilation using the cave underground.
The importance about establishing ecological building operating instruction is suggested,and the operating instruction of the Shandong Jiaotong University Library is worked out.
The practice of Shandong Jiaotong University Library has stepped off a road of ecological building construction.Its economy technologies and thoughts are beneficial to promoting the practice and popularization.It provides some feasible methods and approaches to public building taking up majority.
