大弧厚双基球扁药的制造

摘要
本文在总结国内外大量资料和南京理工大学对单基大弧厚球扁药制造的基础上,研究了大弧厚双基球扁药的制造工艺,详尽探讨了影响其药型和密度的各种因素,并在此基础上提出了能较好地改善其药型、提高其密度的工艺条件。同时,本文还通过大量实验,分析和总结了改善大弧厚双基球扁药钝感效果的工艺方法。定容燃烧实验研究表明,通过调节钝感剂加入量、钝感时间等因素,可以有效的实现球扁药的燃烧渐增性。单基、双基钝感球扁药的老化实验表明,在藏贮的时间内,钝感剂迁移不明显。
In this thesis, based on analyzing the data, home and abroad, and manufacturing thick-web single-based oblate spherical propellant powder at NUST , the technique of manufacturing thick-web double-based oblate spherical propellant powder was presented, and various affecting factors on its shape and density were discussed, and the technique of improving shape and density was brought forward. At the same time, with a lot of experiments, the technique of improving deterring-impact of thick-web double-based oblate spherical propellant powder. The closed bomb burning experiments indicated that the burning progression could realize when the factors of deterrent quantity and deterring time were regulated. The ageing experiments of single-based and double-based deterred thick-web oblate spherical propellant powder have showed that the transference of deterrent was insignificant within the storing time.
