基于B/S结构的制造执行系统实现技术研究

摘要
制造执行系统(Manufacturing Executive System, MES)是连接企业计划管理层和计划执行与控制的桥梁,是系统集成的关键。B/S(Browser/Server)结构软件是新兴的软件模式。本文以Browser/Server结构的制造执行系统为研究对象,对系统的实现技术进行了研究。首先阐述了基于B/S结构软件系统优势和企业的需求,探讨了系统实现的支撑技术:Web信息服务器,XML Web Services技术,车间底层设备状态信息采集与通讯技术等。提出了基于B/S结构的制造执行系统结构和实现模式,对基于Web的计划、调度、执行控制,任务管理和生产过程协调与协作,基于XML Web Services的分布式控制与管理,数据采集与通讯等系统实现关键技术进行了系统的研究,并成功开发了基于B/S结构的制造执行系统的原型系统。最后,对本文所做的研究工作进行了总结,并对进一步的研究和开发提出了建议和展望。
Manufacturing Executive System (MES) is a bridge connecting the planning and management layer and the facility control layer, and it is also a key technology of system integration. The structure of Browser/Server is a new software mode. This paper focuses on research and development of MES based on Browser/Server. Firstly, the paper introduces the profit of software mode based on B/S and needs of enterprise. And then the paper discusses the support technology for software development based B/S such as Web Information server, XML Web Services, data acquisition of manufacturing devices and communication and so on. An extensive study on the key technology for MES development based on B/S, such as planning, dispatch and control based on Web, cooperating of production management and control and scheduling, distributed control and management based on XML Web Services, data collecting and communication, is also carried out as well. A prototype system of MES based on B/S has been developed successfully.
    Finally, this paper concludes what have been done and makes some suggestions for future developing.
