基于自动应答式服务器的组件化DNC系统研究

摘要
随着数控加工技术的发展,数控设备在制造企业的应用越来越广泛,数控设备的使用与管理成为急需解决的问题。DNC技术也因此得到了越来越多的应用。但传统的DNC系统通常采用在设备现场配置计算机的方式,会产生投资大、NC程序集中管理与分配困难、计算机使用环境恶劣、系统应用不便等问题,同时传统的DNC系统也难以满足系统功能不断扩展的要求。
     本文在对DNC技术进行分析的基础上,针对DNC系统实际应用中的上述不足,提出了基于自动应答式服务器的组件化DNC系统的解决思路。在研究相关技术基础上,给出了组件化DNC系统架构,研究了自动应答式服务器的部分关键技术,并介绍了自动化服务器的设计、开发与实验应用情况。所开发的系统解决了传统DNC系统所存在的部分问题,为满足企业在敏捷制造环境下对DNC的实际需要奠定了基础。
With the progress of numerical control technology, more and more numerical control (NO equipments are used, then the use and management of these equipments become urgent problems. The technology of distributed numerical control (DNC) which can solve the problems comes into being with the development of computer technology, communication technology and manufacture technology. In traditional DNC systems, computers are often placed near machines in order to control NC program transmission easily, but this usually result in a bad environment and inconvenience of computer using, greatness of investment, difficulty of management of NC program, etc. And also it is difficult to upgrade the DNC system.
    The technology of DNC is introduced firstly in this article, and a new type of DNC system, which bases on auto-respond server and component object mode technology, is bring forward to solve the above problems. Then, the frame structure of the DNC system is given based on the research of the related technology, and many key technologies of the auto-respond server are researched. Also, the design, experiment and application of the server are introduced. The DNC system developed solves the problems faced at traditional DNC, and meets the current needs of Agile Manufacturing on DNC system.
