基于Web的中小学课程资源的调查

摘要
信息社会的到来，促使各国特别重视信息技术在中小学教育中的应用，信息素养已成为科学素养的重要基础。现有课程网络资源呈现的无限制、无序、优劣混杂的发展状态，严重阻碍着人们的有效利用，在一定程度上影响了资源的现实效果及未来发展。因此，研究中小学课程资源在网络上的分布状况，了解课程网络资源的类别、存储形式、分布状况和查找获取的方法，是中小学信息技术课程教师和其他教育工作者的迫切需要，亦是中小学生接受引导进入信息化社会，学习运用基于Web的课程资源自主学习的普遍需求。本文介绍了关于资源的标准属性等相关规范、资源的几种检索方法及相关的应用技术，对美国等发达国家的中小学课程网络资源的建设、发展及利用情况进行了评述。本文对我国基础教育资源库建设、各地校园网建设和师生目前的利用情况、对中小学信息技术课程资源在网络上的分布状况进行了调查，并对如何有效建设中小学课程网络资源提出了建议。针对中小学生的心理素质特点，建立了以资源内容为中心的三联动结构模型，以构建良好的网络教学环境为突破口，来解决如何调动学生积极性的问题，使中小学生这一课程网络资源的最大收益人群也参与到课程网络资源建设中来。
With the coming of the information society, it urges on many countries specially to regard on the appliance of information technology in the education of elementary school and high school. Information literacy has been the important foundation of scientific literacy. Web resource for courses in existence presents the state of unlimited, out of order, mixed with high and low level, which harmfully blocks people's efficient use, and takes bad effect on the actual impact and development in the future in some degrees. Therefore, studying on the web distributing of the course source of elementary school and high school, realizing the sort, storage format, the distributing and the method of watching and catching of the course web source become the imminent necessary of teachers from elementary school and high school or other teaching staff, and it's also the general need of students from elementary school and high school to be guided into the information society and learn to independently use web-based course source . This thesis introduces the related criterion about the standard property of the resource, several searching methods and related application technology, and comments the construction, development and application of course web-source of elementary school and high school in developed country include USA. This thesis investigates the construction of national based education resource warehouse, the construction of campus-ranged web and the using of teachers and students, the distributing status on the web of the course source of elementary school and high school, and gives some advice about how to efficiently construct the course web source of elementary school and high school. Based on the psychology character of students, this thesis constructs the 3-linage framework, which focus on the content of the resource. With the construction of good web teaching circumstance, aims at how to activate the enthusiasm of students. It's to make the students from elementary school and high school, which is the crowd of most benefit from course web source, can also participate in the construction of course web course.
