半胱胺及协同应用对绒山羊消化代谢及产绒性能的影响

摘要
本试验选用4头6月龄的辽宁绒山羊,平均体重为16公斤左右,安装永久性瘤胃瘘管和盲肠瘘管。试验采用4×4拉丁方设计。分为半胱胺组、大豆黄酮组、协同组和对照组。各组饲喂的基础日粮一样,半胱胺组每周添加一次半胱胺,剂量为100mg/kgW.B,制成颗粒料一次喂给;大豆黄酮组按3mg/kg大豆黄酮混入日粮中每天饲喂;协同组按大豆黄酮3mg/kg混入基础日粮中每天饲喂,半胱胺按100mg/kgW.B,每周饲喂一次。试验分为4期,每期21天,过渡期7天。观察半胱胺及协同应用对辽宁绒山羊增重、消化代谢及产绒性能的影响,同时通过半胱胺代谢标志物巯基含量的测定,探讨半胱胺在体内的代谢过程。为半胱胺的广泛应用及在生产实践中研究提高绒山羊的增重及产绒、产毛性能的途径提供科学理论依据。
     试验结果提示:
     半胱胺及协同应用对绒山羊增重的影响。半胱胺组比对照组的绒山羊增重提高22.22%,差异显著(P<0.05);协同组比对照组绒山羊的增重提高6.67%,差异显著(P<0.05)。表明半胱胺及协同应用均可显著促进绒山羊增重。
     半胱胺及协同应用对绒山羊瘤胃内环境的影响。半胱胺组与协同组在一天当中的pH值变化趋势均与对照组相同,半胱胺组pH值比对照组提高1.45%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。半胱胺组NH_3-N浓度比对照组降低10.23%,差异显著(P<0.05);协同组与对照组相比,协同组NH_3-N浓度总体水平比对照组提高62.21%,差异显著(P<0.05)。半胱胺组和协同组比对照组总蛋白浓度分别提高22.76%、15.76%,差异显著(P<0.05)。各组瘤胃液中疏基含量总体变化趋势基本一致,半胱胺组和协同组分别比对照组提高36.56%和21.61%,差异显著(P<0.05)。
     半胱胺及协同应用对盲肠内环境的影响。各组的pH曲线变化趋势一致,半胱胺组和协同组比对照组的pH值略有升高,但半胱胺组和协同组与对照组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。各组盲肠中总蛋白含量,在饲喂后1-2小时达到高峰,在峰值之后3小时出现最低值,随后各点呈缓慢上升趋势。半胱胺组比对照组提高5.2%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。而协同组盲肠中总蛋白总体水平比对照组略低,差异不显著(P>0.05)。各组盲肠中,巯基含量总的变化趋势相同,均于采食后1-2小时达到最高值,而后下降。半胱胺组和协同组分别比对照组提高9.92%和9.09%,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。半胱胺及协同应用对血浆中胰岛素(Insulin)、三碘甲腺原氨酸(T_3)含量的影响。半胱胺组、协同组及对照组一天当中血浆中Insulin浓度的变化趋势大致是一样的。都为9:00饲喂后值升高,而后下降。半胱胺组比对照组提高16.85%,差异显著(P<0.05)。协同组比

    致的。半肤胺组和协同组血浆T3浓度均高于对照组,半肤胺组和协同组分别比对照组提
    高28.44%和27.64%,差异均为显著(P<0 .05)。半肤胺组、协同组一天当中疏基浓度
    分别比对照组提高2075%和10.13%,差异显著(P<0 .05)。
     半胧胺及协同应用对绒山羊产绒性能的影响。半耽胺组和协同组的绒自然长度分别比
    对照组高出31.巧%, 29.68%,差异显著(P<0 .05):半肤胺组和协同组的毛自然长度
    分别比对照组提高34.17%,24.95%,差异显著(P<0t05)。半肤胺组和协同组的绒伸直
    长度分别比对照组提高53.11%和33.37%,差异显著(P劝.05);半肤胺组和协同组
    毛的伸直长度分别比对照组提高25.32%和22.36%,差异显著(P<0 .05)。半肤胺组
    绒、毛强度较对照组分别提高3.95%和7.08%(件0.05);协同组绒强度比对照组小,
    毛强度比对照组提高6.08%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。半脱胺组的绒、毛伸度分别比对
    照组提高1 .34%和3.24%,差异不显著(P>0.05);协同组的绒伸度比对照组小,毛伸
    度比照组提高2.72%,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。半肤胺组和协同组的绒细度分别比对
    照组减少5.8%和6.61%,差异显著(P<0 .05)。半肤胺组和协同组的毛细度分别比对
    照组提高了6.60%和6.20%,差异显著(P<0 .05)。
Experiments were conducted with four six-month old LiaoNing cashmere goats with average live weight of 17kg who were fitted with permament runinal and cerum fistulae. Experiments were conducted by the design of 4x4 Latin square .The experimen was composed of four group .there were cysteamine group ,Daidzein group , combination group and control group respectively. Each experimental group was feed by the same basic fodder.The cashmere goats in the control group was only feed with basic fodder,while the Da group feed with basic fodder added with daidzein 3mg/kg evry day ,the CS group feed with the basic fodder added with cysteamine lOOmg/kg W.B one time evry week,the combination group feed with the basic fodder added with cysteamine (lOOmg/kg W.B) one time evry week and daidzein(3mg/kg) every day.The experiment had four periods ,each had twenty-one days for trail,seven days for break .In this experment,effects of cysteamine and combination on the gain weight of LiaoNing cashmere goats were studied;Effects of t
    he additives on the digestion and metabolism ,the physical quality of down and hair and the road of cysteamine metabolism in the cashmere goats were studied.In order to give some scence numbers for found a way to increase the gain weight and the produce and improve quality of down in LiaoNing cashmere goats. The result was following:
    Effects of cysteamine and combination on the gain weight of the LiaoNing cashmere goats.The Cs group increased 22.22 percent than the control group, There was significant different between control group and Cs groupthe combination increased 16.67 percent than the control groupas ,there was significant different (P<0.05).The results indicated that the cysteamine and cimbination could increased the gain weight of LiaoNing cashmere goats.
    Cysteamine and combination infulunced on ruminant inner surroundings.The chang of pH value is the same between three group duing a day. The pH value of Cs group increased 1.45 percent .compared with contronl group.But no significant different between the two group
    
    
    (P>o,o5). The concentration of NH3-N of Cs group compared with control group was decreased 10.23 percent There was significant different between the two group(P<0.05). The concentration of NHs-N of combination group is higher 62.21 percent than the concentration of control group.There was significant different between them.(P<0.05). The concentration of total protein of CS group and combination have a increase than control group, increasing 22.76 percent and 15.76 percent respectively. There were significant different between them(P<0.05). Three groups have the same chang about -SH-group concentration during a day. Compared with control group .ruminal -SH-group concentration of Cs group and combination group increased 35.56% percent and 21.65% percentThere were significant different between them(P<0.05).
    Effects of cysteamine and combination on cecum inner surroundings in LaoNing cashmere goats.AH groups have same chang on pH value.Though Cs group and combination have some increse compared with control group,there were no signicant different between them.(PX).05). Three group had a same chang about the concentration of cecum TCA-P .they all had a mixmum in one hour to two hours after feeding respectively,while had a minmum after three hours,but there was no deffent between them. At the same time,Cecum concentration of TCA-P of Cs group increased 5.2 percent than control group, while cecum concentration of TCA-P combination group was lower than control group. Compared with control group,Cs group and combination group were increased 9.92 percent and 9.09% repectively than control group.But there were no significant different among them(P>0.05).The result suggested that cysteamine and combination did not affect on cecum -SH-concentration.
