消痔固脱栓治疗二期内痔的临床研究

摘要
目的：探讨消痔固脱栓治疗二期内痔的临床疗效。
方法：将符合纳入观察标准的患者80例随机分为两组,治疗组40例,对照组40例。治疗组患者给予消痔固脱栓治疗,1枚／次,一日2次；对照组患者给予九华痔疮栓治疗,方法同前。两组均以10天为1疗程,分别于治疗前及治疗后对患者便血、脱出的主要临床症状及痔核表面粘膜检查情况进行观察,并将其按无、轻、中、重分别进行积分,对治疗前与治疗后的观察结果进行观察及统计分析。
结果：在减轻患者症状如便血、脱出方面,治疗组总有效率分别为90.32%和89.28%,对照组总有效率为84.38%和85.71%。经统计学处理,两组疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗组疗效稍优于对照组。在痔核表面粘膜修复方面治疗组有效率为83.33%,对照组总有效率为77.14%。经统计学处理,两组疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗组疗效稍优于对照组。治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为85.00%及82.50%。即应用消痔固脱栓治疗内痔,在减轻患者症状如便血、脱出、及痔核表面粘膜修复等方面均取得满意疗效。
结论：消痔固脱栓具有抗炎、止血、升提回纳等功效。它不仅可有效减轻二期内痔患者便血、脱出的症状,还可明显减轻痔核粘膜表面的糜烂、水肿、出血,从而加快痔核表面粘膜的修复,且该药药源广,制剂简单、安全,使用方便,值得在内痔保守治疗中推广应用。
Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of treating ofⅡinternal hemorrhoids with the xiaozhigutuo suppository.
Method:Divided 80 patients of standards into two groups randomly, Each group has 40 patients. Xiaozhigutuo Suppositories are taken by each patient in treatment group, 1/time, bid supp. Jiuhuazhichuang suppositories are taken by each patient in control group. Both groups were treated for ten days as 1 treatment course. No other medicine is taken during this period. To observe the main clinical symptom after the treatment, we recorded the effective rate for statistical. Two groups were maken a comparative analysis.
In 10 days observation efficient, in reducing symptoms in patients with rectal prolepses and hemorrhoids, treatment group is more efficient compared with the control group. In statistics, both groups were have no significant difference (P>0.05), in repairing the Mucosal surface of the hemorrhoids, treatment group is more efficient compared with the control group both groups were have no significant difference (P>0.05).That's to say, Xiaozhigutuo suppository. Is better in reducing symptoms such as hematochezia, prolepses, and hemorrhoids surface mucosal repair and so on with satisfactory results.
Results:Xiaozhigutuo suppository is not only Effective in Anti-inflammatory, Hemostatic and Resetting the hemorrhoids., but can also alleviate the symptoms of Mucosal erosion of the hemorrhoid, edema, hemorrhage and speeding up the mucosal repair of the surface. This method is smiley Manufactured, conveniently to use and widely source of raw materials, which made it widely available.
