面向电信运营商的流程调度平台的设计与实现

摘要
随着电信运营商从传统基础网络运营商向现代综合信息服务提供商转变,运营商不再仅仅提供单一通信业务,业务类型,用户数和业务量大幅增长,与此同时,电信市场不断开放,市场竞争日趋激烈,如何在运营商内部建立一套有效的运维平台,规范工作流程,快速响应市场变化,是各运营商都比较关心的问题。
     目前运维平台中的运行调度系统一般都是基于工作流技术的,但是业务流程都被硬编码到应用中,新流程开发和原有流程维护都比较困难。本文综合分析了运行调度流程的特点和常见的几种工作流引擎的实现及特点,选取灵活度较高的OSWorkflow作为原型流程引擎,在此基础上设计实现了一个面向电信运营商的自定义流程调度平台。该自定义流程平台综合应用了工作流和有限状态自动机的相关理论,将数据管理与过程管理相分离,设计与控制相分离,支持流程过程控制和流程数据的自定义,在很大程度上改善了原有调度系统不灵活,可扩展性差的缺点。本文详细介绍了该平台的设计思想及具体实现,并根据系统的特点分析了系统的适用范围。
     由于时间和经验的原因,系统设计存在一些不足,本文最后总结分析了该系统存在的不足和局限,提出了系统将来的研究方向,希望以后能够进一步完善系统。
As telecom opertors changes from a traditional network operator to an integrated and modern information service provider, they will no longer just provide a single communication service.At the same time the market continues to open up and the competition grows increasingly fierce, so opertors are very concerned on the issue of how to establish an effective internal operation and support system which can standardize the workflow processes and rapid response to the changing market.
     Traditional operation and support systems are generally based on workflow technology but the business process is "hard-coded" to the systems, which makes it difficult for system maintenance and upgrade.After analyzing the characters and implemantations of the commom workflow engines, united with the actual requirement of the operation and support system, this paper proposes a comprehensive solution . The solution realizes a universal operation and support system oriented telecom operators, it integrates the theories of workflow and finite-state machine , separates the data management from the process management, separates the design from control, supports process control and data definition .To a great extent, it improves the inflexible and unscalable status . This paper introduces the design and corresponding implements in detail, and analyzes its application range.
     Of course dut to the time and my poor experience, the design still has much to be desired. At the end of this paper, it analyzes the flaws and limitations on the design, and proposes the points to be researched further, wishing to perfect the design in the future.
