基于Internet的水泥回转窑运行状态远程监测系统的设计

摘要
随着科学技术的迅速发展,作为工农业生产中非常重要的一项技术即远程监测技术,其重要性正在逐渐被人们所认识和重视。在测控领域,监测技术、计算机技术与通信技术的紧密结合使计算机网络得以迅速普及和发展。在现场设备分布广泛或数据不易采集的场合,要能够及时地监测设备的运行状态并进行有效控制,这就是远程监测技术在工农业生产上的要求。本论文主要阐述了本地计算机通过网络系统Internet/Intranet,对远端的测控系统进行监测,完成对分散控制网络的状态监测。
     首先,课题介绍了远程监测技术在国内外的发展趋势,结合实际情况提出了基于Internet的水泥回转窑的远程监测技术。然后文章分两部分,一部分讲解了采集系统的硬件设计,主要分析了硬件选型和各个模块的作用,并给出了单片机和现场测控系统的算法流程图。模拟信号首先经A/D转换器上到的单片机,单片机经过存储和显示,通过RS485总线上传的现场测控系统,现场测控系统再把数据上传到以太网。
     其次,本文对基于LabVIEW的TCP/IP,Datasocket,和Remote panels三种方式进行了研究,对几种网络结构,包括B/S(Browse/Server),C/S(Client/Server)模型,进行了比较,得出了各自的优缺点。C/S技术具有简单,高效等优点,已经成为信息网络的一种最普遍应用的信息交换平台;而B/S结构建立在广域网上,比C/S适应性更强,B/S的应用只需要在客户端装有通用的浏览器即可,大大的降低了开发和维护成本。鉴于局域网的优点,本文着重实现基于C/S模式的Datasocket通信技术,从程序和前面板两种方式实现远程监测技术。然后又简要的实现基于B/S结构的远程面板(Remote panels)技术。
     总之,本文以LabVIEW为软件开发平台,以PC机为核心的虚拟仪器设备网络化测控系统,将Internet网络通信技术和LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术相结合构建远程监测系统,监测水泥回转窑简体轴线偏移量。
With the development of science and technique,the importance of monitoring and controlling technology has being understood and recognized gradually overall the world industrial and agricultural fields.The combination of monitoring technology,computer technology and communication make Internet spreaded and developed rapidly in the field of measurement and control system.In the situation of equipment distributed widely and data acquisition difficultly,the remote monitoring and controlling technology is needed to monitor and control the operating state of equipment in time.The paper introduce clients monitor and control the remote measurement system through Internet.
     Firstly,developing trend of remote monitoring at home and abroad was introduced.I put forward the remote monitoring of cement rotary kiln combining the facts.the paper was divided into two parts,one part pay attention to the hardware designing about aquiring system,It analyzed how to chose the pattern of the hardware and function of every module principlly.I also gave the block diagram of the singlechip and host computer..the analog signals was upload to the singlechip which display and storage it,and then uploaded to the host computer through the RS485 bus,and then to the Ethernet.
     Secondly,In this paper,I introduced three mode:the TCP/IP,Datasocket and Remote panels baseed on LabVIEW.I studied and compared two kinds of structure,including B/S(Browse/Server) model,C/S(Client/Server)model,and sum up their respective advantages and disadvantages.C/S model have the simple,high effective characteristics.it had become one widespread platform of information exchange.but the B/S bases on the wide area network,It has strong adaption.the client oNIy have a general browser,so it greatly bring down the cost about exploiting and maintaining.in view of the LAN merit,so this paper raise the technique of Datasocket which base on C/S model.and realize the long-distance monitoring using the program and front panel methods.then realized the remote panels technique which base on B/S in brief.
     In the final analysis,the thesis use the LabVIEW as software exploitinig platform,the personal computer as the core control system about networking of virtual instruments.It combine the Internet networking communication technique and the LabVIEW virtual instruments technique to build remote monitoring system which monitor the offset of cement rotary kiln's main body.
