SynchroFLOW工作流动态仿真技术的研究

摘要
业务流程是指在企业组织内部“流转”的一系列相关的活动,始终反映着企业的经营状况,工作流技术可以使企业管理人员更关注业务流程的本质,提高企业竞争力,目前很少有工作流产品支持工作流模型的仿真功能。SynchroFLOW工作流系统是在扩展信牌驱动工作流模型基础上,由西安协同软件研发而成的工作流产品。在该产品基础上,本文提出一套动态仿真规则将不确定性的活动执行顺序映射为线性的执行顺序。
     本文主要包含以下几个方面的内容:
     1.对工作流技术和工作流仿真现状进行了研究。概述了工作流技术应用前景的广阔性和对工作流仿真技术需求的迫切性。
     2.介绍了SynchroFLOW工作流模型的特点,着重对该模型中的一些特有概念如同步区、异步区、执行规则等进行了介绍。
     3.由于活动实例对资源竞争和模型各种JOIN合并结构和SPLIT分支结构导致的活动执行顺序的不确定性,本文提出了动态仿真执行规则,通过并行活动序列集和确定性的规则将仿真过程中活动执行的不确定性映射为线性的执行顺序,解决了并行分支结构中活动对资源的竞争和冲突问题,并确保资源空闲时间、占用时间等时间指标的正确性。
     4.依据本文提出的动态仿真规则,设计实现了B/S结构的SynchroFLOW动态仿真模块,并实现其功能。
Business process, a series of related activities transferring within enterprise organizations, always reflects the operating conditions of enterprises, Workflow technologies enable the business managers concerned more about the business process, improving the competitiveness of the enterprise. However, few workflow products support the simulation of workflow model. The workflow system SynchroFLOW is a product developed by Xi'an Synchrotime Software Company based on extended Xinpai driven workflow model. Based on the product, the paper presents a group of dynamic simulation rules which map the uncertain running activities into linear running ones.
     It contains the following aspects:
     1 Researching on the situation of workflow and workflow simulation technology as well as summarizing the broad application prospects of workflow technology and demand of workflow simulation technology.
     2 Introducing the characteristics of workflow model SynchroFLOW and focusing on some specific concepts, such as synchronous zone, asynchronous zone and running rules.
     3 Because of activities resources competition during the process of simulation and JOIN merge structures and SPLIT branch structures within the model, a group of running rules for dynamic simulation was proposed. It resolves the competition and corruption within the activities of the parallel branch structure and ensures the correctness of the resource time indicators such as leisure time and occupation time by mapping the dynamic running sequence to linear running sequence according to the parallel activity sequence sets and the determined rules.
     4 Designing and implementing SynchroFLOW dynamic simulation model based on Browser/Server architecture according to the proposed dynamic simulation rules.
