基于多支点滑动迁移方式的虚拟仿真系统的开发

摘要
建筑物迁移技术,是一项新兴工程技术,该技术的出现,不仅解决了城市规划与现有尚具使用或文物价值的建筑物之间的矛盾,而且比其它方法更能节约大量的人力、物力和时间效益,并带来巨大的社会和环境效益,因此建筑物迁移技术必将得到快速发展。然而建筑物迁移工程是涉及多学科的复杂工程,其理论研究尚不健全,存在许多尚未研究和急需解决的问题。针对迁移工程存在的问题,本文建立了建筑物多支点滑动迁移方式的虚拟仿真模型,研究了其受力效应的特点和规律,并开发出建筑物迁移工程仿真可视化系统,为保证建筑物迁移工程安全、可靠、经济的完成的提供了理论指导和辅助设计工具。主要研究内容如下:
     (1)探索迁移建筑物模型参数的确定方法及迁移模型位移边界条件的约束方法并建立参数化有限元模型;
     (2)对比分析建筑物迁移工程中多种托换结构的受力特性,并对托架结构及斜柱位置进行了优化分析,得出了托架结构及斜柱受力特点和改进的方向,为现场施工提供科学依据。
     (3)运用ANSYS中的生死单元技术对迁移建筑物托换过程进行仿真分析,运用重力释放方法对顶升和平移过程进行仿真分析,并开发出基于VB的迁移建筑物虚拟仿真系统实现了建筑物迁移的数字化和可视化分析。
Building moving is a new engineering technology . The technology has many advantages, such as saving much money, material resources and time than other methods. It can also solve the conflict between city planning with the existing buildings of scientific value or useful, so the technology is developing quickly. However because building moving technology is a multi-disciplinary complex project, the theoretical research for the project is still not perfect and many problems need to be solved. Aiming at such problem, a simulation model for multi-supporting building moving project by sliding way is built and the effects caused by the boundary condition changes during the moving process is studied systemically in the paper. And then a computer aided design system of building moving engineering is also developed, which is significant to the project and can be a helpful tool of obtaining solutions. The research work is listed as following:
     (1) A method to pick up the parameter of building moving model is found out and the restraint method for the model is given by studying the characteristics of the building moving project. And then the parametric finite element model is built.
     (2) The comparison of characteristics for various underpinning structure is and the optimization design is done for the underpinning trusswork and the location of batter post. And then the characteristics of the two structural members and improvement aim are obtained. The conclusions of this paper is significant to building moving project.
     (3) The method of Birth and Death is used to stimulated the process of that when upper structure is separated from the basis during the building moving and the method of inertia relief is used to stimulated the process of jacking and horizontal moving, and then a computer aided design system based on VB for building moving project is developed. At he same time the simulation of digitalization and visualization on building moving project is realized.
