油田电力系统保护计算研究

摘要
随着我国国民经济和社会主义建设事业的发展,电力系统也在不断发展,规模日益扩大,保护整定计算的工作量越来越大,复杂程度越来越高。传统的整定计算用人工计算方式,保护计算的正确性完全依赖工作人员责任心和技术水平,计算人员稍有不慎就可能酿成事故,已越来越不适应电力系统对保护可靠性要求的需要。因此,从事此专业的科技人员热切期望具有实用化的整定计算算法的出现,以提高保护整定计算的正确性,同时也能够使他们从繁重的劳动中解放出来,提高工作效率和管理水平。本课题正是针对这一需求,应用计算机技术对保护整定计算系统进行研究和开发的。
     本课题以全国最大的企业电网——大庆油田电力网为例,重点对110kV及以下电压等级电网的特点进行了分析。对于常态方式下“辐射状”运行的该电压等级电网,提出了用“网状数学模型”来描述的观点。在电网设备和线路参数管理方面,建立了便于保护计算调用和管理的较为规范的数据库结构。研究了二段式保护的整定计算原则,结合实际提出了各种保护整定的计算机算法,并在此基础上开发了配电网络的保护整定计算方案设计。该方案设计将数据库、短路电流计算和保护定值计算有机地结合在一起,有效解决了“T”接线、双回线等的数学描述和存贮问题,实现了各种保护之间的相互配合。在保护定值计算的优化方面,应用自适应原理并结合人工整定的思路采用智能化方法进行选择,具有较强的实用价值和推广价值。
With the development of the national economy in our country, the Power Systems are also developing rapidly and then the setting value calculation of protective relaying is becoming more and more complex. Conventional manual setting value calculation depends on individual technique of electrical worker and the reliability of which is poor. In order to enhance the reliability of protective relaying and the efficiency of setting value calculation, workers in such area are eager to believe that a practical arithmetic is a must. Thus, this dissertation researches and develops a setting value calculation system of protective relaying with computer technique.
     Taking example for the largest enterprise electric network in our country——Daqing oil field electric network, the analysis of 110kV and lower voltage level network is the emphasis of this dissertation. In describing“radial”network under normal condition, the viewpoint of“network model”is proposed, and a formal database of electric equipment and line parameter is made to convenience calculation and management. Then the computer algorithms are proposed in terms of the principle of dual protection setting value calculation and a setting value calculation scheme design of distribution network is made. The scheme design combines database, calculation of short circuit current with setting value calculation, successfully solves the problem how to describe and store“T”type network and parallel transmission line, etc and makes all kinds of protection match mutually. It also applies the self-adjusting principle and manual setting idea to optimize calculation and has a high bright prospect for spreading application.
