基于功能模块的注塑模具报价系统的研究与开发

摘要
模具报价是模具制造企业和客户间能否成交的一个重要经济条件,是企业获得潜在客户、获得客户订单、挽留住老客户的重要一环,同时也是模具制造企业在管理、设备、人员素质等方面实力的综合反映。模具价格的高低,对于模具制造企业的生存至关重要。随着竞争的加剧,客户对于模具价格越来越敏感,以往凭个人经验报价的方式已渐渐不能满足市场竞争和客户的需要。因此,必须对模具报价进行深入研究,并借助计算机的优势,开发一套充分反映本厂自身的生产状况,并在速度和准确程度上满足客户需要的模具报价系统。
     本文以注塑模为研究对象,首先分析了模具的成本构成。并在此基础上,结合我厂的模具开发流程,以模具的事后成本核算方法为基础,建立了基于模组的注塑模报价方法。
     为了简化计算过程,本文提出了功能模块的概念,在确定功能零件的同时也确定了采用该零件所附加的模具加工成本。本文把报价成本计算分为7大部分:设计工程模块、模仁类零件模块、模胚模块、斜销模块、滑块模块、热流道模块、现场装配模块。针对注塑模报价中许多参数的确定需要有一定的模具报价经验,本又把基于实例的方法引入注塑模的报价中,使企业模具成本核算的结果可以为注塑模的报价提供重要的参考数据,简化了报价过程。
     最后,论文应用以上研究成果,以VB为开发平台,采用Access数据库技术,开发出了一个基于功能模块的注塑模报价系统。作为应用验证,本文最后以本厂所承制的一个LCD后盖模具为例,简单介绍了本模具报价系统的使用。
Mould quotation is an important economical condition to achieve a successful deal between the Mould&die corporations and its clients, is the key step by which corporations to gain potential clients or orders and hold the old clients, and also it is a comprehensive reflection of all aspects of the mould industry including management, equipment, capability of manufactures, etc. Mould quotation is really critical for the cost of mould because it will decide whether can a mould corporation survive in the competition. With the increasing of competition, clients are more and more sensitive to the mould price. The traditional method of quotation by individual experience can not meet the need of market competition and clients. So, it’s essential for us to study mould quotation deeply and utilize the advantage of computer to develop a quotation system which can satisfy the need of our clients on velocity and accuration, and at the same time, which can meet the product capability of our company.
     The paper focused on the injection mold, and analyzed the mold cost construction firstly. After the above-mentioned research, combining with the actual situation of mold factories, the paper establish an injection mold quotation based on function module, which is accorded with the mould development process and mould-finished cost accounting of my company.
     To simplify the account, the paper put forward the concept of function module when it is chosen, additional mold manufacturing cost can be accounted. With this method, the dissertation divide the mould cost into 7 categories: Design engineering module, Core&cavity module, the Moldbase module, the Lifter module, the Slider module, the Hot runner module, the Mold Assemble module. And because the quotation needs enough experience, the dissertation bring forward CBR(Case-Based Reasoning) method to take mould-finished cost accounting as an important reference data for injection mold quotation, by which way the quotation was simplified.
     Finally, applying the above theories, an injection mold system, which is based on function module, has been developed on VB by adopting ACCESS as the database. As application verification, the paper gives a brief introduction by a quotation of LCD REAR COVER.
