企业信息化进程中IT价值的系统分析与评价

摘要
当前,社会信息化和经济全球化的趋势越来越明显,实施企业信息化是当前企业改革与发展的重要手段之一。本文从系统论和技术经济学的角度,综合运用管理学、计量经济学、微观经济学及计算机科学等学科的理论和统计分析、数据包络分析(DEA)、博弈论、层次分析法(AHP)和模糊评价法等方法,对企业信息化进程中信息技术(IT)的价值进行系统的分析和评价。全文除了绪论和结论两个部分外主要分为理论研究、价值分析和价值评价三个主体部分,各部分的主要内容如下:
     第一,理论研究部分,包括第二章,主要对IT价值产生的影响因素及IT价值评价等方面的文献进行了系统的研究,并概述了本文研究工作的理论基础:
     第二,价值分析部分,包括第三章,系统分析了IT价值产生的过程,把IT价值产生的过程分为四个阶段:扩散阶段、消化阶段、吸收阶段和聚变阶段,并分析了各个阶段的特点;
     第三,价值评价部分,包括第四章、第五章和第六章,是本文的研究重点,首先从价值的多样性、价值的不可分割性、价值产生的条件性、评价者的角度差异性和评价方法的局限性五个方面分析了影响IT价值评价的因素,总结出评价IT价值所面临的种种困难,然后进一步设计了基于DEA方法的IT有形价值的评价模型和基于模糊评价法的IT无形价值的评价模型。
     本文的主要创新点有:把IT价值产生的过程分为四个阶段;把影响IT价值评价的因素总结为五个方面;把IT对组织结构、业务流程、组织规模和组织边界等多方面的影响归为中性价值;对大型电子制造企业中IT的部分有形价值和IT的部分无形价值进行了研究,得出了一些有意义的结论。
Currently, the trend of society informationization and economic globalization is more and more evidence. So informationization is one of import means of inform and development of enterprise. From the view of technology economics and system science, using management, statistic economics, microeconomics, computer science and game theory and methods of statistic analyses, DEA, AHP, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper analyzes and estimates the value of information technique during the enterprise informationazation. There are three parts, including theoretical research, value analysis and value evaluation, in this paper, except preface and conclusion. The main job of all parts is as following.
     The first part, including the second chapter, is theoretical research. This part mainly researches many literatures about the influence factor of IT value and evaluation of IT value etc, and then introduces the correlative theory to this paper. The second part, including the third chapter, is value analysis. In this part, by the system analysis to produce process of IT value, the paper divides the producing process of IT value into four stages, diffusion stage, digestive stage, absorbability stage and fusion stage, and then analyzes the characteristic of all stages. The third part, including the fourth the fifth and the sixth chapters, is value evaluation. From five aspects, that of the diversity of value, the indivisibility of value, the condition of coming value, the otherness of estimatorand and the localization of evaluation method, this paper analyzes influence factor of IT value evaluation and summarizes all kinds of difficulties to face on IT value evaluation. Furthermore, it designs the evaluation model to evaluation tangible value of IT according to DEA method and the evaluation model to evaluation intangible value of IT basing on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
     The main innovations in this paper are as following, it divides the producing process of IT value into four stages, and summarizes five aspects of complexities of evaluation, and thinks influence to organization structure, business flow, organization scale and organization boundary as neutral value, and researches some tangible and intangible value of IT to large electronic manufacture enterprise and get some important meaning conclusion.
