“互联网”一词如今已经是家喻户晓，尽管并非每个中国人都能登陆
Internet，但可以说我们每个人的生活已经或多或少地受到它的影响，并且这种
影响将会越来越强烈。我们早已生活在“网络”之中了。
时间进入二十世纪九十年代后期，互联网经济发展如火如荼，商业网站如
雨后春笋般涌现。2000年4月14日，美国纳斯达克股市网络股股价大跌，互
联网经济之“泡沫”宣告破灭。众多网络公司面临生死挑战。
导言部分，主要是介绍互联网的发展及对当今现实生活的重大影响。
第一章是绪论，简单介绍易站网成立的背景及易站网所推出的产品及定位。
第二章介绍电子商务的概念、电子商务的起源和发展、电子商务的范围及
功能，最后探讨我国电子商务的现状及存在的问题。
第三章列举“亚马逊书店”、“新浪网”、“无忧工作网”等网站，对这些网
站的经营进行比较研究。
第四章从团队建设、核心技术、营销模式及财务情况等方面介绍了易站（沈
阳）信息技术有限公司的经营现状。
第五章从市场定位、调整营销方案、风险分析、赢利模型建立等方面对易
站（沈阳）信息技术有限公司的经营策略进行研究。
结束语部分对互联网经济及易站（沈阳）信息技术有限公司的前景进行展

Internet-it is widely known to us all. Although all the Chinese people can't land on it. It is said that our life has been influenced by it more or less. This kind of affect will become more and more violent We have already been among the netuork.
It enters late 1990s that the internet economy is like a raging fire. Commerce net sites have been coming forth just like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. On April 14th,2000 the share prices of the USA NASDAQ stock market netuork stock dropped consumedly.Internet economic froth declared the overhurn-Numerous network companies are facing the challenge of life and death.
The introduction part minly shows the development of internet and its great influence on Modern true life.
The first chapter namely exordium siiimply introduces the established background of Easy site net and its product and orientation.
The second chapter introduces the concept,origin and development,rangeand function of E-commerce. Eventually,it probes into the present status and existent provlem of E-commerce.
The third chapter particularizes "the Amazon bookstore","Sina.com.cn","51job.com" and etc,comparing and researching the management of these net sites.
The fourth chapter introduces the management present status of Yizan Information & Technology Ltd. company .(in Shenyang),involved in team construct,hard-core technology,marketing pattern and financial condition and etc.
The fifth chapter researches the management policy of the Yizan Information & Technology Ltd. Company,involved in market orientation,adjusting policy,risk analysis and profit model and etc.
