包装材料的循环利用技术与方法研究

摘要
在环境问题日益恶化的今天,保护环境、可持续发展的观点已被大多数人所接受,环境保护的工作也越来越受到人们的重视。循环经济的提出,为可持续发展找到了具有应用价值的经济模式。循环经济是一种资源节约战略,它以“减量化、再循环、再利用”为原则,它追求的不只是简单地降低资源消耗,而是使资源尽可能得到高效利用和循环使用,从而达到提高资源利用效率和减少废弃物排放的目的,包装材料回收与利用就是利用了这一原理。
本文通过对国内外包装材料回收利用现状的了解,从包装废弃物回收再利用的途径和方法上进行了比较深刻的阐述,提出了以循环经济模式对包装材料的循环利用,实现了经济效益、社会效益和环境效益的统一及包装业的可持续发展。
本文主要通过对纸包装和塑料包装材料的回收与利用的探讨,介绍了包装材料循环利用的开展,其中纸包装材料回收利用以制取纸浆模塑制品为例,从不同角度分析了纸质包装材料回收再利用的可行性。塑料包装材料的回收再利用以回收废旧塑料生产多功能广告保洁桶为例,分析了塑料包装材料循环使用经济效益、社会效益和环境效益的统一及可行性。
本文对包装材料循环使用推广中所遇到的一些障碍,针对性的提出了相应的解决方法,着重总结分析了包装材料回收再利用全面推广的途径及对策,提出了以企业、政府和社会三方面的驱动力量为基础,大力提倡发展环保材料为目标,保障包装材料的循环使用广泛开展。
In the worsening environmental problems today, environmental protection, sustainable development point of view has been accepted by the majority of people, more and more people pay attention to the environmental protection work. By the economic cycle, for sustainable development has found a value of the economic model. Economic cycle is a resource strategy,the principle of "minimization, recycling, re-use", it is not only the simple pursuit of lower resource consumption, but as far as possible to be efficient use of resources and recycling.
