选矿企业设备管理模式的研究与设备管理考核制度的制定

摘要
设备管理伴随近代大工业生产的出现而延生,随着现代工业的发展而发展。对企业来说,设备管理是企业整个经营管理中的一个重要组成部分,它的任务是以良好的设备效率和投资效果来说保证企业生产经营目标的实践,取得最佳的经济效益和社会效益。
设备管理是企业生产经营管理中的一个重要部分,其作用主要表现在以下五个方面:1)设备管理是企业生产经营管理的基础工作,生产过程的连续性和均衡性主要靠机器设备的正常运转来保持。2)设备管理是企业产品质量的保证,产品质量是企业的生命,竞争的支柱。3)设备管理是提高企业经济效益的重要途径,它既影响企业的产业(产量、质量),对影响企业的投入(产品成本),因而是影响企业经济效益的重要因素。4)设备管理是搞好安全生产和环境保护的前提。5)设备管理是企业长均匀发展的重要条件。由此可见,设备管理不仅直接影响企业当前的5生产经营,而且关系着企业的长远发展和成败兴衰。
本文在分析楚雄矿冶股份有限公司得的设备事故案例的基础上,结合现代设备管理理论和方法,从系统工程的时间整体性原则出发来看待设备管理,摒弃过去那种只把设备管理局限在维修管理阶段的狭隘的观念,把设备管理在范围扩展到从设计制造到使用报废的全过程,确立把设备的一生(寿命周期)作为一个整体来进行综合管理的新观念)。制定出云南楚雄矿冶股份有限公司选厂设备能源管理办法,并成功运作,为企业的壮大发展作业积极贡献。
Equipment management came into birth with the appearance of modern industry production and developing with the advance of modern industry. To enterprise, equipment management is an important part of the whole management of enterprise with the purpose to reach the goal of producing management, acquire the best economy and social benefit by means of good equipment and investment efficiency.Equipment management is an important part of business management and its function mainly lies in the following aspects: 1) It's the basis of producing management, in addition, the continuity and equilibriaty during producing process are mainly guaranteed by machine's in gear work. 2) Equipment management can insure the product's quality which is the life of business and backbone of competitive. 3) Equipment management is an important approach to improve economy benefit It not only influence the property (including the output and quality) but also the devotion (product cost) of an enterprise. So it's an important factor which can influence the economy benefit. 4) It's the precondition of safety production and environment protective. 5) The last, it's a magnitude condition of the enterprise's long-term development. Thus it can be seen, equipment management not only influence the present producing management, but also the long-term development as well as rise and fall of an enterprise.On the basis of equipment accident case analysis of Chuxiog Mine and Smelt Co.Ltd, with the modern equipment management theory and the integer principle of systems engineering, the paper spurn the narrow concept of limiting equipment management in maintaining phase, expand the equipment management concept to the whole process from design to scrap. Establish equipment management method for Chuxiong Mine and Smelt Co.Ltd and succeed in business course which contribute to the development of the enterprise.
