基于SOA构建面向效率改善的银行业务管理系统

摘要
随着我国银行数据大集中时代的到来,由海量数据导致的业务管理系统处理效率问题急需解决。论文从管理角度研究了这一问题,发现其根源在于过度依赖信息技术和业务流程优化不够科学,以及缺乏IE和IT相结合的系统总体架构。而系统分析与设计方法和工具的缺乏又造成银行难以构建高效率的系统架构和构造随需而变的业务。为此,论文综合应用管理学、经济学、系统科学以及软件工程学的理论与方法,基于IE+IT的思想,系统研究了面向服务架构(SOA)的理论基础、技术体系、实施策略导向及实现方法,目的在于建立面向效率改善的银行业务管理系统,为银行信息化工程提供理论指导和工具支持。
     首先,论文通过研究我国银行管理信息系统分析与设计的现状,明确了开展基于SOA的系统分析与设计研究的重要意义。
     第二,论文通过对系统分析与设计相关领域的文献综述分析,为基于SOA的银行业务管理系统分析和设计研究提供了研究思路与方法支持。
     第三,论文通过对SOA方法学特点,以及对企业架构(EA)中业务与IT关系的分析,阐明了基于SOA的设计原则和SOA中服务的实现方法。并且在描述面向服务的建模和架构的基础上,创造性地对面向服务的分析和设计(SOAD)过程中服务暴露、服务实现进行定性和定量的分析,提出了基于SOA构建的银行管理信息系统中服务粒度的确定标准和方法。这些研究成果为银行构建基于SOA的业务管理系统提供了必要的理论基础。
     第四,论文对银行业务管理系统的业务流程特点进行分析,基于IE+IT方法,同步进行业务流程优化和系统架构改善,通过对海量数据进行ETLRI处理,大幅度降低了需要集中处理的数据量。将基于SOA的设计理念和我国银行的实际情况相结合,以提高数据处理效率为目标,研究了基于SOA的业务管理系统的设计方案、架构体系和数据模型。
     最后,应用上述研究成果,对P银行业务管理系统的实证研究证明,根据IE+IT方法构建的基于SOA的业务管理系统的数据处理效率得到明显改善。同时证明,SOA思想、模型和方法具有较强的可操作性,基于SOA的业务流程重组(BPR)、企业应用集成(EAI)、多渠道服务的“设计—改善—信息化”管理改进模式,可以快速提高我国银行的管理水平。
As the time for data concentration of domestic bank is coming, the problems of processing efficiency of business management system resulted from mass data are needed to be solved immediately. In this paper, above issue is analyzed from management aspect, and the reason is found in the overreliance of information technology, the insufficiency of scientific business process optimization, and the absence of whole system architecture combined by IE and IT. Moreover, the lack of methods and tools for bank system analysis and design will make it is hard for bank to construct system architect with high efficiency and business that could be altered with requirements. So the paper integrates the theories and methods of management, finance, system science and software engineering, and systemically researches the theory foundation, technical system, implementary strategy and application method of service-oriented architecture (SOA) based on the principles of IE + IT. The aim is to establish an efficiency enhancement oriented bank business management system, and provide theoretical instruction and technical tool support for the bank informationization.
     First, by researching the status of management system analysis and design of domestic bank, the significant meanings to develop system analysis and design research based SOA is revealed.
     Second, the research literatures in relevant research field of management information system are analyzed, which provides research thoughtway and technique support for analysis and design of bank business management system based on SOA.
     Third, by the analysis of the features of SOA method and relationship between business and IT in Enterprise Architecture (EA), the SOA design principle and the way to realize services in SOA are described. Based on the description of service-oriented model and architecture, the service exposure and service realization during the service-oriented analysis and design are analyzed both in quantity and quality in a creative way, and the standard and method for determining service granularity in bank management information system based on SOA are put forward. Above research results provide necessary theory foundation for the construction of business management system based on SOA by bank.
     Forth, the features of business management flow are analyzed. Based on the method of IE + IT, the optimization of business flow and improvement of system architecture are executed at the same time. The mass data are processed with ETLRI, and the data amount needed to be processed concentratively is significantly decreased. The design principles based on SOA and the actual conditions of domestic banks are combined, and with the aim of improving the efficiency of data processing, the design scheme, architecture system and data model of business management system based on SOA are studied.
     Finally, by the application of above research results, the empirical researches is made using bank P as an example. The research results indicate that the data processing efficiency of business management system based on SOA constructed with IE + IT method is improved significantly. It is also proved that the principles, models and methods of SOA will give important guide to the implement strategy of informationization of domestic bank, and have strong operability. Based on SOA, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and multi-channel service of“design– improvement– informationization”management amelioration mode could also be effective for fast improvement of management level of domestic bank industry.
