电能质量监测与分析系统的研制

摘要
随着电力电子技术的发展和电力系统中大量非线性负荷的出现,致使电能质量不断恶化。针对我国当前电力部门的需求和工程实际问题,本课题提出研制一种能够测量和分析管理电能质量指标(电压偏差、频率偏差、谐波、电压波动与闪变、三相不平衡和扰动)的综合监测与分析系统。此系统由终端测量装置、监控中心软件平台两部分组成。
     本文设计了基于DSP技术的高速、高精度数据获取及处理系统,利用多通道采样保持和时分转换电路实现数据的同步采集,主、从DSP芯片间通过双口RAM进行信息交换。并且针对电力系统中数据采集和处理的实际特点,应用DSP处理器实现对各类数据的测量和处理,并给出了相应的算法实现。
     软件开发采用模块化设计方法,分为界画模块、通讯模块、数据库模块三块。系统利用MS SQL数据库,使得大量电能质量监测数据的分析、存储和管理得到了实现。软件能对电能质量多项指标进行综合统计、图形显示、报表打印等。
     本系统能对电能质量的各项指标提供全面、准确的测量记录数据,软件实现了结果展示的多样化和数据库管理等功能。
With the development of power electronic technology and emergency of much non-linear load in power system, the power quality has been more and more deterioration. Aiming at the demand of power department and the practical applications, we put forward a kind of integrated supervisor which can measure and analyze power quality issues (admissible deviation of supply voltage, permissible deviation of frequency, harmonics in public supply network, voltage fluctuation and flicker, admissible three-phase voltage unbalance factor and disturbance). Such system is composed of the measure device on substation terminal and the software platform of the supervisory center.
    A high-speed and high-precision distributed data acquisition and processing system is designed based on DSP in this paper. The synchronous data sampling of the supervising system is realized by multi-channel collection retaining and A/D transformation circuit. Data between the master and slave DSPs can be transferred by dual-port RAM. According to the special characters of the electronic power system, the algorithm implementation of digital signal processor is presented.
    The software development adopts blocking design method. It includes three blocks: interface block, communication block and database block. It becomes possible that analyze, store and manage a great deal of measure data of power quality by using MS SQL database. This software can synthetically statistics , figure displaying, report print and so on, aim at the many issues of power quality.
    The system can provide comprehensive and accurate recording data for all kinds of issues of power quality. Besides, the software realizes various functions, such as various displays of results, database management and so on.
