基于Android平台的掌上运维系统的设计与实现

摘要
近年来,智能终端技术与移动互联网技术飞速发展,全球已经进入移动互联网时代。移动互联网时代的到来不仅改变了人们的生活方式,使人们的生活更加多元化,同时也为企业创新运营管理方式、提高工作效率提供了新的思路。
     本文针对电信运营商某些业务领域运营效率低下的不足,结合当下移动互联网技术和智能终端技术,设计和实现了一款用于辅助运营商进行业务运营管理的掌上运维系统。移动客户端运行在Android智能手机终端,包括:资源预勘、板卡更换、资源查询、基站普查、任务管理、公告发布等六个子系统,并设计掌上运维平台客户端用于对上述六个子系统进行统一的管理和访问,确保系统的安全性。掌上运维系统的每个子系统分别针对不同业务领域,资源预勘子系统主要用于协助客户经理发展新客户,客户经理可通过LBS服务和资源勘查功能对客户当地资源进行勘查,并提交勘查结果。板卡更换子系统主要用于给板卡更换人员更换板卡时提供有效的引导和帮助,资源查询子系统主要用于查询全省各地市的资源及关联资源,基站普查子系统和任务管理子系统主要用于辅助运营商外围公司工作人员进行基站普查,各普查公司可通过系统进行普查任务的接收和提交,并根据子系统的普查流程进行基站普查。公告发布子系统主要用于统一发布集团的公告信息。掌上运维系统的设计与实现秉承简单、实用的原则,并注重提高用户的操作体验。
     本文首先对课题的研究背景和意义做一个阐述,对诸如Android平台、HTTP、XML和WebService等本文相关技术做出简要介绍,然后介绍了掌上运维系统的整体架构和管理平台的相关设计。接着分别阐述了资源预勘子系统和板卡更换子系统的详细设计和实现。最后对整个系统进行了功能测试。
In recent years, with the rapid development of intelligent terminal technology and mobile Internet technology, our world has entered the era of mobile Internet. The arrival of the era of mobile Internet not only changed people's way of life, made people's lives more diverse, but also provided enterprises a new direction to innovate their mode of operations and improve their work efficiencies.
     In the face of the current situation of telecom operators's inefficiency in certain business areas, this paper designs and implements a pocket operation and maintenance system that used to help telecom operators to conduct its operation and management by taking advantages of mobile Internet technology and intelligent terminal technology. The mobile client is running on Android which consists of six subsystems: resource exploration, card replacement, resource search, base station examination, assignment management, bulletin publication. Besides, it designs a pocket operation and maintenance platform to manage and access these subsystems above-mentioned integrally in order to ensure the safety of the system.
     Each subsystem of pocket operation and maintenance system aims at different business areas, resource exploration subsystem is mainly used to assist customer manager to develop new customers, customer manager can use the LBS services and resources exploration services to explore the resources of the location of the customer and submits the result. Card replacement subsystem is mainly used to supply some guide and help to the staff when they are trying to replace the card. Resource search system is mainly used to look up and search the resources of every city in the province. Base station system is designed for the peripheral companys which are in charge of helping china mobile to examine their base stations, the peripheral company can get the task and submit the task through the subsystem, and it should examine the base station through the process that is set by the subsystem. Bulletin publication subsystem is used to public the bulletin from the china mobile company.
     This thesis describes the research background and significance of the system, makes a brief indrocution to the correlation technique, such as Android platform, HTTP, XML and WebService. And then it introduces the whole structure of the pocket operation and maintenance system and the design of the pocket operation and maintenance platform. Afterwards, it introduces the detailed design of the resource exploration subsystem and card replacement subsystem. Finally, some tests are carried out to verify the functions and performance of the system respectively.
