投资项目经济评价理论研究
摘要
随着我国经济持续良好、高速发展,国内资本和外汇储备充足,使境内外投资成为可能。投资是经济发展的重要推动因素,经济的发展过程也是投资增长的过程。鼓励企业在国内外的投资,对促进我国经济又快又好的发展具有积极作用。经济评价是项目投资前期的重要环节,在投资决策过程中起着重要的作用。
但是由于目前经济评价体系中的部分理论、指标与当前经济发展不完全适应,有必要对投资经济评价理论进行深入研究,对经济评价的部分指标、参数进行修正和优化。
本文首先介绍了目前经济评价中存在的问题;其次,作为进行研究的前提,本文阐述了投资项目评价的一些基本概念;按照经济评价的一般步骤,依次对经济评价基本要素的获取和估算方法、项目财务评价、不确定分析、多方案比选指标与方法、国民经济评价进行了阐述和研究。
Depends on the continuous high speed development of our country’economy, Domestic capital and foreign currency asset are abundant. China is in a position to invest in domestic and abroad. Some studies show that investment is one key factors of impetus to the economy. Therefore, the economy development process is also the investment increasing process. Encourage the enterprises do domestic and overseas investment is positive to promote country’s economy developing fastly and smoothly.
As one of the important cycle of the work before the decision of the investment, economic evaluation plays a key role. Whereas some theories, methods and indexes of the economic evaluation theory system are not adapt to the development condition of our country's economy completely,It is necessary to study economic evaluation theory deeply and correct and optimize some index and parameters.
At the beginning of this paper, the author points out the insufficiencies existed in the economic evaluation. Next, as a premise, this paper introduces some basic conceptions of the investment and evaluation. And then as the key part of this paper, it discusses the getparms and evaluation way about basic data and the parameters of economic evaluation,financial analysis indexes and methods,economic analysis indexes and methods, the indexes and methods which are used in comparing and choosing more than one projects according to economic evaluation logic step and incertitude analysis.
