智能数字化监控系统的研究与设计

摘要
在高科技技术广泛的应用在船舶、港口等重要设施的今天,如何将数字视频采集系统、图像识别技术高科技手段应用到船舶、港口的安全系统,尤其是先进的科学测量考察船上的高科技安全预警系统,更是各国研究的热点,也是本论文的研究核心。
     本设计包括三个主要部分:基于PCI桥实现多路视频采集系统、智能键盘设计和在线图像识别报警算法。
     其中,基于PCI桥实现多路视频采集系统的软/硬件设计,实现了在一个PCI接口上实现一卡多路的MPEG采集功能,目前,一块卡上集成了4片MPEG芯片,很好的实现了多路MPEG视频采集功能。
     其次,为了整个采集系统的一体化设计,我们又完成了基于人机双向交互通讯智能终端设计,采用了标准计算机的键盘接口协议,实现了标准键盘功能与自定义各种功能的统一;同时,又具备了错误显示、故障报警的终端功能。
     最后,为了进一步提高系统的效率,我提出了图像识别算法,并尝试应用到图像采集系统中去,使系统具有一定的人工智能,能在光线变化的各种条件下,识别出镜头中人物出现的,并做出报警。为了解决视频采集中不同光线照度变化所造成的影响,我采用了光线校正和图像噪声去除技术,并将是识别出的目标边缘存入数据库中,以便在线快速检索。
Today high technology has been applied to the facilities of harbors and ships, it becomes more important on how to using digital Video collecting system and image recognizing on the harbor and ship all over world. The paper will study on these issues.
    This designing includes three parts: Multi-Inputs Video Collecting System based on PCI-PCI Bridge, Intelligent Keyboard Designing and On-line Image Recognizing and Warning System.
    The first part is Multi-Inputs Video Collecting System, which base on PCI-PCI Bridge. It realizes that one card can collect multi-input video. At present, four MPEG are integrated on one card which has good performance on extract four inputs video as MPEG format document. The driver software is programmed based on VXD in order to install on Windows.
    The second part is Intelligent Keyboard Designing, which communicate with computer in double ways, it will help for constructing one complete system. In order to integrate the features of common keyboard and self-defined function the protocol of common keyboard interface is selected, and the self-defined function include error displaying and warning.
    The last part is that study and design on image recognizing and warning system, it will help to make system working more effectively and Intelligently. A algorithm of Image Recognizing is present and applied on video collecting system which can recognize a man appeared on the camera and give warning. In order to avoid the changing light of environment
    impact the result of image recognizing, the light value will be fixed to correct value and the noisy of image shall be deleted. The results of recognizing shall be input to database so that the image can be indexed quickly on line.
